I booked this hotel about two months in advance, and my son and I stayed here starting on 12 July 2026.
From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the stunning architecture of the resort. We were initially assigned Room 734, which was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, it did not have a sea view, so I requested to change rooms. The front desk was very helpful and arranged for us to move to Room 534 the following day.
Our new room was also clean and comfortable, and what I loved most was the beautiful sea view. The swimming pool was large and beautiful, making the resort a wonderful place to relax.
During our stay, we met two housekeeping supervisors, Poo and Kan. They were outstanding and took excellent care of my son and me. They paid attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They truly deserve recognition as outstanding employees.
We felt comfortable, well cared for, and completely relaxed during our stay. We had a wonderful experience, and we will definitely come back again

They failed on both occasions to provide airport pickup and drop off. When asked if we can get picked up, they responded we look forward to seeing you. So, of course nobody picked us up. The day before our departure from the hotel, we asked the front desk in person if they could have a taxi ready at 6am the next day for drop off at the airport. Of course they did not call for a taxi.

Centara Grand Phuket best service
The hotel is beautiful, right on Karon Beach. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Pang, Nick, and Por have a full day of activities, or you can relax by the pool – there's a separate pool for children and an adults-only pool. It's quiet and peaceful.
