Estella Phuket Maikhao Beach
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff provided great service—always smiling and helpful—creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very first day of my stay.
The pool area has a great atmosphere—perfect for chilling and relaxing all day long. As for breakfast, there is a wide variety of tasty options that leave you feeling perfectly satisfied.
Another thing I like is that the hotel is not far from Mai Khao Beach and is conveniently located. You can easily go for a walk by the sea in the morning or evening; the atmosphere is quiet and not crowded.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is suitable for couples, families, or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle for a relaxing getaway. If I have the chance to visit Phuket again, I would definitely want to stay here.

I Would Not Return Even If the Stay Was Free
This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but in my experience it does not deserve even 1 star.
The facilities were extremely dirty, and I was very concerned to see electrical wires near the swimming pools, which raised serious safety concerns. The hotel is also located very far from shops, restaurants, and other services.
I booked a full-board package, yet the restaurant offered very limited food options. I still have all of my meal vouchers because there was almost nothing worth using them on. The same dishes were repeated day after day for four consecutive days. For breakfast, I was often left eating only eggs. Lunch and dinner options were equally poor and lacked variety.
The beach was not suitable for swimming due to very strong waves, making it unsafe for both adults and children.
The bathroom door became stuck and would not open. It took more than half a day before someone finally came to fix it. The swimming pool was also not clean, and I even found insects on the bed.
A small amount of mango accidentally stained a towel, and the hotel charged me compensation. However, even after paying for the towel, they did not allow me to keep it.
The staff were very kind and polite, but unfortunately most of them were unable to communicate effectively in English. In addition, housekeeping entered my room without permission, which was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I will be attaching photos that support everything I have described in this review.
Even if this hotel offered me a free stay, I would never return. This was the worst travel experience of my life.

A fantastic vacation
A bit lacking in activities at the hotel.
The French-speaking Fram agent on site was excellent. Florentin is a very friendly person and gives great advice; we shared wonderful moments with him. He knows how to make himself available when we need him. We had a vacation in paradise ♥️♥️

Stay at Estella Mai Khao
Just disappointed by the lack of commercial flexibility: we were on half-board, we arrived in the morning and could not have lunch because check-in was at 12 PM, and the same for the end of the stay; we had to pay for our lunch even though we were leaving at 5 PM, even though we had reserved and paid for 4 people and there were only 3 of us.
