Avoid room 803
This is a nice hotel staff were great housekeeping were brilliant.
Never ate here so can't comment on the food great food market just across the road.
Our room was on the top floor nice room clean a pretty well appointed.
But the bathroom hdd a fan in the roof and the slightest breeze it was horrific it howled and howled all night and was unbearable a couple of nights.
We mentioned it to receptionist but unfortunately we were going out all day so were unable to change room and as we were leaving the following day never really bothered changing

Hotel cafe
We ate in the cafe of this hotel. It was delicious. But the pizza is spicy)
And rice with chicken and cashews, fried noodles with vegetables we liked

The hotel is exactly what you get for the price, the staff were lovely and helpful and the place was clean, one small issue was the smell from the drain in bathroom when running the shower.
The pool is small but nice, a small haven after a day out. The gym is also small but you can get in a decent workout when it’s raining.
however I do have a couple of grips! the bed was the most uncomfortable, hard mattress I have slept on. The othe grip was the noise from other guests, the hotel is not sound proof and we could every footstep, door slam and late night loud tuk tuk and wrestling van that went past the hotel! As well as everyone returning from a night out! It definitely made for some untrusted sleeping!
The hotel is situated close to most things and i recommend the food market opposite, great food choice and great prices. The massage place just down the road also highly recommended ( Aroma )

My stay here was great. Staff were lovely and although the hotel was close to everything, the noise wasn’t disturbing. I would definitely stay there again.
