Amazing stay!

Tucked quaintly within the heart of Phuket surrounded by hustle and bustle all day and we loved it. We loved walking right out into the chaos of it all. Our taxi stopped at the coffee shop located right across the way and we were greeted by some of the most pleasant ladies ever. They checked us in and we were led across to our guesthouse. It’s a tiny doorway that leads into an old town decor. We stayed in the Glasnost 3. We were led upstairs to our large sized room that overlooks the Street. We loved the old city feel of the area. The room was spacious and clean. They have a cool art wall and we loved the antique essence of the wall art and the common area. They only provide an electric kettle and cups. They do not supply tea, coffee etc, but their cafe is across the Street. So If you’re a coffee person like me, bring your own coffee, complimentary water is provided. Everything was just a walk a way, including the weekend night market and other markets in the area. I was even able to get my nails done nearby. Lots of eateries on the same road as well as close by. Our only minor criticisms are:
1. The room needs a lot more lighting and bright lighting.
2. I wish the windows opened wider to allow more sunlight and for you to look out on to the Street.
3. A full sized mirror.
4. A place to put your clothes.
Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved this place. It is in an old shop house filled with old stuff. We were warned not to run in to people walking out the door because the location is picturesque and in the heart of the old town. Very walkable and we enjoyed the night market that takes place outside the door. Everything is very comfortable and the owners are helpful with anything needed. We recommend.

Fantastic location, excellent a/c, large room, friendly staff and nice cafe across the road. Bed was very hard, another topper was added with not much improvement. Bathroom was small but adequate. Good value.

This small hotel is situated in the middle of the Old Town, close to everything you want to see and experience, in the main walking street. It shares the reception desk with the cafe at the ground floor, which can be a bit confusing, but the friendly and helpful staff guides you through the procedures.
The building is an old and rustic one built in Sino-Portuguese style with tons of charm, and you have to take off your shoes to negotiate the creaky stairs. In your room you will find it's quite large; mine had a long "appendix" stretching to a working place at the other end, with a nice view to the street below. The aircon is silent.
All in all a great place to stay in Phuket - highly recommended.

Liked my stay, very friendly people, in the middle of Old Town everything in walking distance. My room was a bit dark with one small window in an alley. Can recommend value for money
