6 night stay

Had penthouse room.booking . Com stated private bathroom on suite bathroom.. no, we had 1 shower 1 toilet and a bath on the balcony, with no hot water to the bath. Overall comfy beds and clean environment. Gym pool sauna steam room. Some of thr decor is tired looking. Bit didnt spoli our stay.

Don’t book

Our experience at Prime Town – Posh & Port Hotel in Phuket was so bad that we left immediately after seeing our room. It was extremely dirty and the whole place felt unsafe. Despite the horrendous condition of the room, we were still charged a 1,000 THB deposit. The photos online are all AI and don’t represent the hotel at all.
There was visible mould coming from the AC unit, toothpaste smeared on the bathroom mirror, and the room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned at all. We complained to reception, and although the lady working there was polite and apologetic, the only solution offered was to clean the room again. She told us nothing else could be done until the next day because the hotel was fully booked — which didn’t help at all given the state of the room.
The hotel looks nothing like what’s advertised online, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We chose to leave immediately and would not recommend staying here.

There are a lot of mosquitoes. The lobby doesn't have air conditioning, so it's very hot in the front.

There are so many mosquitoes. The lobby has no air conditioning, so it's very hot at the front. Inside, it's dark and there are tons of mosquitoes; I got bitten all over.
I suspect I'll catch malaria when I get back to Bangkok. I've learned my lesson.

Room is for minimalist. No furniture to store clothing or other items and only a coffee table to eat from. Bathroom was scant with only two large towels to wash body, hands and face as well as to dry with. Wholly inadequate and uncivilized!
