Nice hotel

We leave a reliably positive review. Three times we came back here. Two weeks in a clean and comfortable hotel. We choose price = quality. The hotel is clean (towels are perfectly white without stains , bed linen is clean ) cleaning of rooms every day is quality. We lived in building B, no noise from the road, everything is calm and quiet.
Breakfasts are hearty and there is a choice.The room is free of charge two bottles of water ,tea ,coffee ,shampoo and shower gel . Everything in the mine bar is paid for.
Towels for the beach are free, you can change to the reception each time and take new ones.
The staff are all friendly and obviously trying hard.
There's a cafe nearby and the prices are very pleasing.
There is a cafe to the right of the hotel across Leek Road
Very delicious and very clean.
One situation happened, but she decided.
In the refrigerator we put our Coke (cans are the same ) but as it turned out we drank their Coke ) we were written a check after cleaning the room . We went to sort it out, it was explained that their bottles were marked with red markers ) we didn't argue paid 47 Buttes
Then they gave us a check for the Sprite, which we didn't buy or hold. Again went to resolve the issue. They ended up saying the sprite didn't have their tag ) we assure them that we didn't touch it ,eventually the staff went to our meeting and the check was cancelled.
When leaving the hotel, we did not write any checks, all exactly.
The hotel is good ,if there is again a favorable price will return with pleasure .

My first time at Princess Seaview Spa & Resort in Phuket.

This was my first time here for a vacation. The accommodation was great, clean, and the rooms were very spacious with amenities such as a hairdryer and slippers. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. They offer a free shuttle service to and from Karon Beach! There are plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, currency exchange services, and more nearby.

Good value for money in low season

The hotel is nice. A bit old, but good value for money.
Rooms: very big and bright, cleaned every day, double bed is comfortable. There is everything you need there including mini fridge, hair dryer, kettle and so on. I’d recommemd to get a room on the top floor with the seaview, otherwise you may end up in a room facing the wall. In those with the seaview you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
Staff: nice, smiley, friendly enough, attentive to needs. I didn’t encounter any troubles.
Food: breakfasts were nice, plenty to choose from. But once or twice fried eggs and veggies seemed not fresh. Easily solved - asked for freshly cooked scramble eggs instead. Croissant were yummy.
Location: the hotel is in the second street from the beach. You need to walk about 10-12 mins to get there. Part of the road goes along the highway. I don’t mind walking but it could be tough on elderly or kids, especially walking up the hill.
All the major facilities are also 5-7 mins walk away (7/11; exchange, cafes and restaurants, fruit stalls, laundry etc.)
Although my room was facing the main road it was very quiet with balcony doors closed. Actually two times I stayed there it was a low season and the number of visitors was very little. I hardly saw people and it was deathly quiet during evening which was exactly what I was looking for. Awesome for relaxation. Not sure about the high season though.

Horror

I can say about the hotel that the maintenance staff takes money for non-existent damage, in the form of: broken glasses, ruined towels, and also, allegedly, for taking out the towels (beaches) we were taking to the beach at the time; thus billing for non-existent damage.
Then there's the cleaning claim. We hung a sign saying “clean room” as we left the room. Here we are, the number is not removed, the sign is removed. We went down to the reception to find out why they didn't take us out. Reception, provides a photo indicating : the sign "do not disturb", thus confirming the staff's bad faith.

Beauuuutiful view! Very large, comfortable and clean rooms! Big swimming pools with waterfalls! And super polite and welcoming staff. Good kitchen! I enjoyed my visit!
