1. Room size: definitely not 45m3 as published at most its 30m3
2. Slippers are reused not new as per single usage like hotel does.
3.Breakfast only standard as noodles,bread & fried rice. Not as mentioned very good breakfast
4.Water taps are shaking not detached to the basin
5. Tissues are very bad quality.
6.Bed quality is bad
7. All previous comments, reviews look like a scam or self written by owner. This place is far from even a fair.
Trip.com have to bear responsibility for this bad quality because of its support of its reviews and they didn't double check if their comments are actually Real. If I'm force to give Star review I can only give A Big Zero Star.
8. With the room charges of approx USD 120 per night
it must meet the standard and quality it charges. A Big blunder, illusions of 4 dots by trip.com makes it feels like a 4star resort together with its exorbitant charges. We definitely feels cheated.

2.泰国去过十几次了，第一次听说酒店不提供一次性拖鞋服务的
3.你所谓的中式早餐，炒面，汤面，炒饭，哦，对了，还有西式早餐，两块面包，两根火腿肠，两块培根，两个鸡蛋，请问还有其他的吗？
4.房间厨房水龙头是晃的，这个是你们最基本的酒店服务标准需要客人去发现吗？

6.我有权利怀疑那些客人评论的真实性，并且我会向携程证实，你们在携程上的星级是4颗星，请问你们酒店真的可以达到4颗星的标准酒店吗？
7.不是我觉得价格贵，是你们酒店这个价格配不上你们酒店设施和你们的服务标准（价不配位）遇到客人反应问题先反思一下自己酒店而不是去反驳客人，争取改进

环境：位置有点偏，说真的玩累了，来这里住两天，不用出门就有度假的感觉，可以休息两天，院子里还有一只可爱的小猫咪，因为比较偏，所以真的非常安静，晚上坐在院子里跟朋友喝喝酒，聊聊天，很惬意
服务：老板是中国人，一对夫妻，人很好，女老板非常可爱，性格也很好，推荐大家刚到普吉岛去各种海边玩儿，玩累了，就来这里休息两天不出门，放松一下，租个摩托车，在附近溜达一下
