Nice hotel but not a 4 star resort
Positives:
We booked a studio room for around 18000 baht for 6 nights. Room is big and comfortable. It has 3 rooms. A big dining/living room, big bedroom, big bathroom.
The hotel looks nice and clean and has a nice restaurant and convention hall.
Nearby, there are several services for clothes washing and massages. Also, a big 7-11 for shopping
Negatives:
The swimming pool is nice size with an area for children to play safely. However, there is a strange taste and smell in the water as if it hasn't been cleaned for weeks.
When you ask for food at the restaurant, service is slow. For breakfast, the food options are limited with only a handful of choices.
The hotel location is far from a lot of things. You need to take taxi everywhere or rent a bike.
For the room, the air conditioning is poor quality. Also, the sockets aren't in ideal places on the walls.
Overall, a nice looking hotel with polite staff but leaves a lot to be desired if it considers itself a 4star resort

The setting is beautiful, luxurious, the hotel’s classic minimalist style.
The ceremonies were friendly, warm, the bride was very cute, smiling all the time and the food was satisfied, every dish was delicious, service was good, guests were taken care of professionally.
It's a pleasure to be part of this special day, and wish you a very happy couple for a long time.

The best part was being woken up at 6am for a wedding ceremony. The microphone linked to the heavy duty speakers was such a beautiful touch. It not only woke us up in the hotel but also some guy in Patong.
The best of this hotel is when you check out and they will not let you leave until they have done a full inspection of the room.
Personally, not serving you in the restaurant, waking you up for a wedding that you haven't been invited to and also branding you as a thief before you leave is amazingly poor. They class this as 4 star, but, this is a 2 at tops. Avoid. . .

Poor Staff's manner but great location
However, the hotel is fully booked which I kind of understand but the way that the staff who answer my call and told me the room is fully booked since the 9th, I'm okay and ready to find new place but the tone of voice and wording made me quite disappoint and wonder how the hotel can let the staff be this rude.
