Full apartments with kitchen and rooftop pool
The Proud Rawai condo can stay for a few days like a hotel or rent monthly. There are one-bedroom options and large one-bedroom apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped: cooker, microwave, kettle, large fridge, all dishes. The table is comfortable, you can eat or work properly.
The bedroom is bright and spacious, with a large bed, snow white linen, a wardrobe and even a small sofa. There's a balcony.
There's a pool and sunbeds on the roof. We went up there a few times and were almost always alone. A lot of people live here permanently, so the pool has peace and quiet. True, construction is under way nearby (as of 2026), so there will be no absolute silence, but it's still much better than pools with tourist crowds.
Also on the roof is the Mirage Indigo restaurant. It is better to come at sunset - the atmosphere is super, you can see beautiful views from the windows. They cook fast and delicious. We especially liked the pumpkin soup, salad and 4 cheese pizza. The cocktails were just great! Prices are the same as in other places in Ravai. And very convenient: when the weather is bad or just lazy to go somewhere, you can take the restaurant directly by elevator. The hotel also has pancake breakfasts in the coffee shop on the ground floor.

I think the ownership has changed as the say for 2 nights were not as good as previous.
Do not pay extra for breakfast as it is very average.

Terrible
Problem after problem, had to move rooms twice, due to broken air conditioners and run down apartments.
They all stink like mould. I got so sick by the 5th day.
Asked me to move rooms again and to check the WiFi before moving.
It seemed ok but once I got in the actual lounge room/bed area it dropped out.
No wifi at all and they had the audacity to say it was my phone and laptop.
Yet no problem with the wifi the last 8 days.
Wouldn’t refund me for the remainder of my stay.
Absolute thieves. If you want to get sick and not be able to work to even scroll on your phone then stay here.
Traffic is so noisey and music playing upstairs carries through the entire building.
No warning of that when they moved me to the 5th floor knowing I was sick.
Owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Regarding the air-conditioning issue, our team offered a room relocation on several occasions after the problem was reported. While you initially declined the room move, we continued to offer alternative rooms and later arranged another room for your inspection, including checking the Wi-Fi connection, before confirming the relocation.
We also regret the Wi-Fi difficulties you experienced. While our checks showed that other devices were able to connect successfully, we understand that the connection issue affecting your laptop caused frustration and impacted your work.
We are equally sorry for the disturbance caused by the Wednesday night event nearby. Upon receiving your complaint, our team immediately apologized and offered another room relocation to help reduce the impact of the noise, which was declined.
Regarding your early check-out request, we explained that refunds for unused nights were not available under the booking policy. Nevertheless, our team did its best to assist by offering alternative room options and a goodwill gesture.
We appreciate your feedback and sincerely regret that we were unable to provide the comfortable stay you expected.
