They accept early check-in
The service is terrible, and they ask you to write a high review to allow you to book early. They try to trick you into giving them your security deposit.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Wekata Luxury.
My experience at check-out was extremely disappointing.
The hotel refused to return my USD 300 security deposit, claiming there was a scratch on the glass cooktop. They did not provide a proper damage report, repair invoice, or any evidence that justified withholding such a large amount.
I expected a fair and transparent process, but instead I felt that the situation was handled unfairly. I recommend that future guests carefully inspect the room upon check-in, take photos of everything, and make sure they fully understand the hotel's security deposit policy before staying.
Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed the rest of my trip.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, cooking inside guest rooms is not permitted. This policy is communicated through our booking partners, and explained during check-in. The use of personal cooking appliances is also prohibited in accordance with the hotel's safety policy.
Following an inspection after check-out, the room's induction was found to have been damaged as a result of cooking. In accordance with our damage and inventory policy, the replacement cost was THB 14,000. However, as a gesture of goodwill, the hotel reduced the charge significantly, and only THB 3,000 was deducted from the security deposit.
We are committed to handling all guest concerns fairly and transparently while ensuring our facilities are maintained for the comfort of future guests.
