Best cozy quiet hotel in Phuket!

The hotel is approximately a 50-minute drive from the airport. We've been traveling in Thailand several times a year for over 20 years, so we've been around a lot. On this trip at the Ya nui Hotel we stayed two times - the first for just two nights in the studio, the second time - in the superior for 7 nights already. So I'll describe two numbers. Right away, I can tell you that they both far exceeded our expectations for value for money! We were welcomed with open arms as dear guests, which was very, very nice. Immediately checked into a room overlooking the hotel courtyard and swimming pool. Perfect cleanliness and order everywhere. It is felt that the hotel owner Gabriel is very demanding of the staff and very attentive and friendly to his guests. The rooms are excellent - large, comfortable and cozy. Both have a kitchen with absolutely all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes. Full kitchen set, stove, microwave, extractor, toaster, all dishes, even salt and pepper! Beds with comfortable mattresses and quality linens. The TV is big, there are Russian channels. Superior has two TVs, a video player and a library. Superior is just gorgeous. Hopefully we will again enjoy choosing Ya nui resort for holiday. Of course, the room is purely superior! Two huge rooms - living room and bedroom. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Two air conditioners. Two balconies. Outdoor large terrace with large round table and many armchairs. Stuff dryer. The bathroom has two sinks. All windows and doors have mosquito nets. The lighting is excellent, which is extremely rare in hotels. And most importantly, there is perfect cleanliness and silence everywhere. Lovely deep pool. Lots of sunbeds. Sleep quality is A+. There are no mosquitoes or other animals. Wi-Fi signal throughout the area is excellent. I'd like to point out that they clean it very cleanly - the sole of the white socks I wore in my room was still white. The pool is located between the hulls, it is convenient to swim in when there is a heat wave - it is in the shade. The grounds are small, but you don't need them. Around the area are many options for walking - within walking distance are located the Rawai waterfront, fish and fruit markets. Janui beach, many shops. Hotel owner Gabrielle rents out bikes. It's very convenient! We were happy to tour all the beaches around - Naiharn, Ao San. Janui, etc.
From the hotel, free rides to Naiharn beach are scheduled. You can snort - eat corals and fish.
The hotel staff is his main asset! Thank you so much to all the staff for their warm welcome, care and warmth.! We would be very happy to come back to you and recommend Ya nui Hotel to our friends, colleagues and relatives. I wish you well!

perfection

I stayed in a 2B room. This hotel deserves a high rating in every respect. Only the taste of the food could be a bit more refined. The rooms are incredibly large, clean and bright. I can't describe how much I enjoyed the pool area in the middle. You should definitely stay here.

1. Smells like mold in every room. I've lived a lot in Tai. It's not about the climate, it's about the degree of wear and tear and the decoration of the room itself.
2. Kitchen is a nominal concept. Blunt knives, dirty old facades, crockery with cracks, gas cooker. To turn it on you have to turn on the gas cylinder that stands under the stove two metres from the bed. It's not safe. Next, light the burner itself, dirty scary. It was awfully disgusting to touch.
3. The cat pees on the balcony on things, on towels. Until you clean it up, management doesn't care. At night, cats sit on your dinner table.
4. All decorative pillows on chairs and sofas are very dirty smelly
5. Columns of ants on and above the bed. They bite. She asked me to do something.
6. Current tap. I asked you to repair-- ignore
7. Very noisy. If someone's sitting on the balcony walking around, you can't sleep. It's like that every night.
8. From 08:00, workers start talking loudly, shouting. That's why you can't sleep here anymore either.
9. The pool is always hot. It's also a dubious pleasure to use.
10. The outlets are all Chinese, for the phone only one connector in the stoves is European. So it's extremely inconvenient to charge.
11. Cleaning, though daily, is mediocre. Dust has been lying for centuries.
12. The German master is very aggressive.
13. Bed linen is the cheapest, pillows and mattress are old and cheap, uncomfortable, towels are all yellow washed, the look is like a floor cloth.
14. It's not safe. You can have someone from the street or a drunk hotel guest come to your room at any time at night. Very scary.
15. Cleaning Aspen toilet paper on a dirty street scoop. Terribly unhygienic. The paper is dirty afterward. It's disgusting.
Lived for 15 days. I was. After 3 days she asked for a check-out and a refund. The managing German, with a grin, said no. And that's what's in his head? So a person will live for two weeks and suffer, write a bad review, but you as manager don't care?

Like visiting friends

This place is really a treasure. It’s quiet, well maintained, amazing food options, clean pool, family friendly and above all very friendly staff.
It feels like visiting friends.
Bars and restaurants are within walking distance, so it’s easy to reach, but no negative noise effect.
I would recommend some trips to nice islands nearby.

A dream

Unfortunately I had only booked 2 nights, because I was pleasantly surprised.
The apartment was very large, the decor of the country accordingly.
Unfortunately the cleanliness in the cupboards too.
Bed was very hard, no hair dryer.
But a working air conditioning and fan.
Bath was older, but ok.
I was fascinated by the pool.
So wonderfully relaxing.
Food you can eat there in the restaurant, it was very delicious.
Location to Ya Nui Beach very good, this is within 10 min walk, Nai Han Beach about 5km.
Bottom line, I'd settle back there, but then a little longer.
