Fantastic room in a nice guest house!

We got really lucky with our room- probably the best we’ve had in a 2 month trip. Two large separate rooms on the first floor with a separate bathroom. A comfy double bed plus a single room one, ac and standing fan and windows which opened partially with good insect screens. The house is wooden which can make it hot but we were cool enough at night in Feb to use the bed sheet. Shower was good pressure and hot. No fridge in room but a communal one downstairs. The cafe is open till 1pm every day and serves good quality food, western breakfast a speciality though it’s not cheap. The house is set in nice gardens in a quiet street, two blocks back from the seafront, one block from the Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay here and my rating is 4.5. Only thing preventing a 5 was some noise from neighbouring properties in the morning, (not in the evening though) Next door have a dog with a bell on its neck for some reason which jangles as it moves and a man in a neighbouring property sounded like he was regurgitating furballs at regular intervals! Nothing to cause serious issues though and we would definitely return.

Excellent breakfast and early lunch in a beautiful green garden
Also 2 spacious and clean rooms with private bathroom for rent
Lovely staff
Always nice to visit the restaurant ,sit,eat drink coffee ,talk or relax

Good breakfast

Milano Home and Garden serves a good breakfast. Choices of American, rolls, yogurt and muesli etc.. best we found in Prachuab. We sat in the garden so not sure if they have inside space. Good value for money.

Absolutely great!

Our stay in Prachuap was really amazing. The Guesthouse is situated in a good central location and it was clean and comfy. Yao and Henk are great hosts and their coffee tastes wonderful :)
We will come back for sure!

Homey Atmosphere, Friendly Owners

We had originally booked a room on the the top floor, but was then upgraded to the big room downstairs with the outside terrace (which we did not make use of). The room was very big, had a comfortable bed, and a fan (no AC; this wasn't too bad even in July). The owners were incredibly friendly and in lived in the room next to us on the bottom floor. They gave us several recommendations on things to do in the quiet beach town. They even helped us book a bus and ferry ticket (Lomprayah) to Koh Samui the next day so that we could get to our next destination on time! They also invited us to eat breakfast (delicious) at their restaurant (Milano Coffee) and gave us free drinks. Location was very close to the beach (you can bike to Ao Manao Beach for 50 Baht). Finding the Guesthouse at night was a little difficult - but the owner came and found us and directed us in the right direction.
