Love is not in the name of this resort, but it should be

My husband, son and came across this resort because the location we originally planned to stay at was full; this turned out to be the most fortunate turn of events. WE LOVED STAMP HILLS!!!! We stayed in the Amsterdam Room. It was beautiful with all the amenities: large bed, working AC, flat screen tv, mini bar, walk in shower room and large bathtub with working, extra hot water. The room was very clean. The property was adorably manicured. They had a very nice restaurant and cafe with delicious food. The pool was great too.
The staff was amazing. They were the best part of our stay. They cared so much about us. They even played with my 16 month old son and treated him as if he was their own. We were sad to leave because they were so sweet and fun to be around.
The hotel representative Khun Bok was kind enough to transfer us between the nearby resorts we visited throughout the day and help us make arrangements when we needs to get to destinations.
I wish I was still there.

One night is enough

Typical short holiday resort for Thais! Personally I found everything not up to scratch: the location is good only if you come by car, because very isolated! The house was large but poor maintenance: the hot water a little yes and a little no, the ball air conditioner practically unmanageable, the bathroom with the smell of sewer, and not even a chair in the room after you can eat cosa.Tv only with commercial channels and wifi virtually zero

We had good time. the hotel is averaged, cozy but a bit old, BF was not so good.

I quite sure the resort put a STONE as BED

It's like you sleep on the stone. They bed is solid. I can't sleep all night. Then I feel exhausted in the morning.
Moreover, no wifi or internet data in the room. Wifi is limited only at lobby.
In sum, I promise I will not be back anymore or not recommend anyone.

Charming

We were in the area to meet up with some friends from the local refugee camp. It is quite rural here and English is a rarity. At arrival , no one spoke English, but that is absolutely ok. We had fun trying to figure the place out and communicate. It is a charming European themed resort with one central pathway that strolls down a gentle hill. The cottages are each unique and spacious. The pool only has 2 sun beds, but we didn't see anyone else using them. The pool offers beautiful views of the surrounding bamboo covered hills. There were lizards that chirped in our room. Later in the day, the host who has great English, was there and was always happy and smiling. Very helpful and intrigued by our visit. We didn't have transportation so were somewhat kept at the resort. Food was mostly good and the service was always charming. All other guests were Thai. Restaurant does not take credit cards.
