Good location but awful customer service!!!
There was no lift and we had to climb up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, struggling with the suitcases, no help whatsoever.
The bathroom was soaking wet where the cleaner just washed it, my partner almost slipped over, so immediately went downstairs to enquire. No apology.
As the evening came we went to check to find everything was safe before leaving to which the patio door wasn’t locking. I went downstairs to find there was a different lady who was polite and understanding to which she gave us an alternative room which was allocated ground floor and much bigger! Funny that!
The whole experience at this hotel was appalling and wouldn’t plan to go back anytime soon!

value for money .. cheapest option to be at center of activity.
location is too good.
you have access to major places to enjoy chaweng beach and activities at very economical rate.
facilities are basic. but compared to price we pay.. thats more than what you can ask for.

Place not to stay unless you want no services
NO BOTTLED WATER IN FRIDGE.
Large room appeared clean upon arrival, however the A/C even at 18C was not really cold, so I checked the filter and appeared not to have been cleared for years. I cleaned the filter but no improvement.
Opened the fridge the ice compartment was completely full of ice (you couldn't even remove the ice tray). No They said they would put on roof to defrost (but instead put on landing outside room - which was not a problem as larger pile of bath towels to soak up water) it took over five hours for the ice to soften enough to remove the two extremely large sections of ice). Then we put back in room.
There was no additional pillows available when requested. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Then the cable went out so had nothing to watch on TV that advised they had lodged a service request and should be there the next day, advised ok.
Next morning after we had been out for they day came back to our room to find sheets had not been changed and the cover folded in quarters at the foot of bed. Bath mat had not been changed. When ever we saw housekeeping, they were continually sitting down and either watching movie/video or Internet on their phone.
Cable was still not working, offered us another room but declined due to only stairs.
We then shortened our stay at this hotel and changed hotel to another hotel nearby which also has a lift.
