True relaxation

I am surprised by some of the negative reviews, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room and grounds are exceptionally clean, the towels had a gorgeous smell and the beds were the comfiest of our whole trip. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff were professional and courteous and it was nice to see them laughing and smiling together enjoying their jobs. The hotel is situated in between two beautiful and very different beach’s, there are some steps but this is an island with steep hills! We also accessed the viewpoint early one morning which was a short steep scramble but worth it for the views. The breakfast was fantastic and we also ate in the restaurant which was good. It’s a bit remote and quiet in the evening but you can easily get a taxi to other parts of the island. We had a truly relaxing time here and would definitely recommend.

Excellent

I do not understand the 2.6 rating for this resort!
The staff is adorable, always present, efficient, the bungalow is top-notch, the setting is exceptional, the bedding is good, the service is very good.
Yes, there are difficult climbs here, but that is characteristic of the island: it is very hilly.
The snorkeling is really great on this island.
I recommend it 100%

A nightmare

If I could I would give 0. 11pm We found out we had cockroaches in our room to be precise they were IN MY LUGGAGE among my clothes. I head to the reception just to find out, in my extreme choc, that nobody, I repeat NOBODY is there. We’ve been at the reception for 1 hour, calling every number available and nobody has ever responded. This is absolutely shocking as we had a relatively “light” problem but image u have a health issue at night, you’re absolutely cooked! Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else for your sake and the sake of the one you love. Ps: we had to sleep in the room with the cockroaches as we revived absolutely no assistance

Sewage release into sea

I came to the beach to snorkel and nearly swam into a big patch of sewage the resort had obviously just released into the sea right near where lots of people are snorkelling. I think this is disgusting and it certainlyspoiled my day.

The worst hotel

We have reservation from 9 to 13. Because of war from the first day of the conflict they were warned in which our line was to Qatar was capillary and everything and we had no way to travel. We asked for the refund of our amount that was turned off and according to them they have put in the total regulation that the cancellation can no longer be returned all hotels in Thailand even internal flights and ferries have returned it less this Hotel I do not recommend at all we will send a letter to the Thai tourism ministry notifying what happened. To the hotel's denial of the refund of the reservation. And warned from day one of the conflict. We are told that we are ratified on other dates, but as if it were so easy to look for other dates from one year to the next with work, etc. All the hotels we had have returned our money without any problem, backwards and with letters of support. THEY ARE THE WORST!! They say later that they are very friendly and hospitable, because I don't know where. In this case I do not recommend it because nothing ever happens until it happens who would foresee a war conflict, because anything can happen especially you do not pay anything other than in a Hotel the same day of arrival.
