Relaxing beach getaway with great staff

The room (No.: 403) was dirty on arrival, but after we reported it to the reception, they cleaned it tomorrow morning and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. After that, it was kept clean every day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, and a nice mix of European and Thai dishes. We really enjoyed the variety and the beachside location of the restaurant. The staff was always helpful, kind and polite with us. The male receptionist spoke very good English and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The hotel team made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The à la carte food was also delicious, especially the Thai dishes we ordered. Presentation and portion size were both satisfying. The beach was clean and good, even though the water had a bit of algae. Compared to other beaches on the island, this one was still one of the better and calmer spots. We really appreciated being able to relax there. The happy hour cocktails were tasty and came with a good discount, a perfect way to enjoy the sunset by the sea. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast, it was quite bad, and there was no alternative milk (lactose-free or plant-based options). This would be easy to improve for guests with dietary needs. Altogether, it was a very good experience. A lovely hotel with a beautiful tropical garden, nice rooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it.

New hotel being built next door

Basic hotel lovely staff but no mention of a new hotel being built next door so noise and dust for 18 to 24 months such a shame
But laid in bed having a siesta building was vibrating

Beach has beautiful powder sands and all the staff from Gardners, cleaners through to bar staff can’t do enough for you

The facility (villas) is perfect, and it has all amenities and is spacious. They about 20meters from the beach. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel/resort is relatively small comparing with other resorts. This makes it quieter and less crowded. In summary, this is one of the best resorts I have stayed (relative to the price). I highly recommend it.

Simply Outstanding Resort at the Price it offers❤️

Wow!! What a beauty!!
Simply stay in Room no:501, and enjoy the best view across Koh Samui❤️
This property is gifted with some unbelievable offshore landscape right infront of its swimming pool!!
Great Amenities in room, complimented by a generous staff!!
This Resort made my stay 5x better❤️
And yes, this beautiful property sits right in the middle of Chaweng Market, yet you don't feel the hush hush once you step into it!!
