We had originally booked only 2 nights stay but upon checking in, immediately extended another 3 more nights!!
Sea Scene is an absolute paradise. We stayed in a beach bungalow with the water lapping nearby and could not have been more relaxed.
The beach bungalows are spacious, clean, and have a really comfy bed. The deck area for each bungalow was grand with a seaview.
The beach is semi-private for the resort and the sunsets are incredible. You can walk straight from your bungalow into the sea.
The staff were fantastic and super friendly. We rented a bike directly through them and everything was a breeze. They organised taxis when needed. The breakfast was included and a great way to start the day.
As with all of Koh Phangan, you do need a bike to get around. The nearest convenience store, Tops Daily, is a 10 minute walk which can get pretty dodgy with people zooming by. Be sure to wave a torch if walking at night.
It is a super chill place and very relaxing. Absolutely loved and highly recommend for a chilled vibe on Koh Phangan!

Idyllic quiet relaxing location

We stayed for 8 nights in March 2022 in a garden view room we could still see the sea but don’t tend to sit out on balcony so if you like a sea view then go for the sea view rooms you will not be disappointed the view is amazing as the hotel is ten steps from a really nice clean quiet beach and the views are stunning. Our room had air con a fridge spacious area and a electric operated shower but it did exactly what it needed too. You get free shampoo and shower gel. You also get two free bottles of water a day when your room is cleaned. The breakfast due to covid is a choice off a menu as they can’t do buffet breakfast at the moment we had fruit and yogurt with toast and coffee and was ample. You can choose things like scrambled eggs eat. They also do food throughout the day and we ate a couple of times at hotel and it was a reasonable price for nice food. The actual grounds are kept very clean and the staff are always busy keeping the place looking really nice. If you like quiet this is for you but a motorbike is recommended if you like to have a look round as the hotel isn’t in a high populated area but a ten min ride and your in town one way and a village the other. You will be blown away with how scenic the hotel area is the beach the sea just look postcard scenery. If you fancy something different we asked the owners if they knew any local fishermen and after a phone call it was arranged we were picked up at the sea shore 10am and taken out on a local long tail fishing boat the boat owner is a local fisherman and his son so knows all the areas to fish and he wants you catching fish. We caught barracuda and was so much fun we stayed out for 4 hrs and he told us you tell me when you’ve had enough. The hotel grilled us a couple of fish for tea and we gave them the rest of the catch. You have to experience this it’s absolutely brilliant. All in all very nice hotel staff very friendly and helpful we would not hesitate in returning.

Uncomfortable

We stayed in a beach front bungalow. However the beach is not adequate for bathing. Food is poor and breakfast does not include water (we Were charged extra for that). Regarding the room, sheets and towels Smell bad, shower without water pressure, toilet without flux. Bad location, without any interest. I recomend not Going there.

Beautiful View

The room we stayed at was modern and comfortable. The family that works here is very nice and accommodating. I loved the private beautiful beach... me and my friend grabbed floaties and had a great time letting the tide drift us away. To get into town they rented us a motorbike so it was convenient that they rent them out here. Overall a great stay and I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you!
