Fantastic Owners, Lovely Room

Stayed here for 5 nights while exploring the islands surrounding and going to Half moon Festival. Owners were fantastic, we were the only ones there so they upgraded our room and the room was lovely and clean with air con, and fresh towels and a fridge provided. 7 eleven 3 minute walk for food. the velvet restaurant two minute walk to the left served homemade lasagna and great foods.
I fell ill during my visit and owners son drove me to hospital and collected me, they also brought me hot water and medicines, fantastic customer service. Treated like one of the family. Even invited us to have breakfast with them.
Pool gorgeous & clean but deeper than it looks!!
They have a laundry service @ 60baht, no restaurant. They can call you a taxi or you can flag one down from the street.
Defiantly recommend staying here, great price and amazing owners. You wouldn’t regret it ! Lots of love for subsavet village.

Threw out our booking due to full moon party

We booked a room here for a bargain price only to be told two days before that the owner told our booking agent that had overbooked.
I was immediately suspicious and checked on other sites, only to find they had over three rooms available but all for eight times as much. It cost me £140 in phone calls to our agent to resolve, one solution was the agent had been told by owner we could have a room if they paid 6 tines what we had paid additional.... I declined on principle....and ended up booking another hotel .....only to turn up their and find they had over booked by over a 100 people!
Ended up booking back here for 8 tines the original price.....moral of story is if you get a bargain price room on full moon night be wary as it would appear he who pays most wins........accommodation when finally in here was clean, basic, poor wi fi.....reception staff helpful....just money greedy unmoral owner

Lovely family, comfortable accomodation

We were there for 4 nights, out of season so we were only ones there. Owners are super nice and helpful with everything you need. Accommodation is super clean, air-con works great, and the inner garden and swimming pool are totally awesome. We were feeling like we stayed in some much more luxury and expensive resort.

Terrific Staff, Beautiful Pool

Loved this place and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They organized taxis and ferry/airport transfers for us, and were extremely helpful. They put out free paint for those going to the full moon party which was really cool.
Room was comfortable, and the infinity pool was very clean and relaxing.
If you're looking for a super modern room, this isn't the place, but if you want a friendly staff and a great pool, I'd 100% recommend it here.

Amazing

Travelling for one and a half month now and this was the best accomodation we stayed at. The owners are very friendly and take care of you as much as possible. Also the rooms are really nice for the price you pay. If you're in Koh Phangan make sure you go to Subsavet Village!
