Terrible!!!
This place is anything but “Wonderworld”. The apartment is old, dirty and poorly maintained. There are visible moisture and mold stains on the walls, damaged and worn-out furniture, and an overall unhygienic feel. None of this is shown in the listing photos, which makes the advertisement misleading.
The so-called “sea view” does not exist. There is no sea view from inside the apartment at all. Only if you stand outside at the front door and look far into the distance, between buildings and trees, you can barely see something that might resemble the sea. This cannot be called a sea view.
Privacy is very poor. The bed is visible from outside and people regularly walk past or stand right in front of the windows and door. Several essential details in the listing are also incorrect (no separate bedroom, no bathtub).
There is no cleaning during the stay. Clean sheets, towels and cleaning service are only provided for stays longer than two weeks. No trash is collected, and there are no trash bags, no cleaning supplies, no broom, no dustpan — nothing to even clean the place yourself.
Communication with the host was poor, unprofessional and dismissive. When we explained that several things were not as expected, the response was basically: “Then just cancel.” When we pointed out that this was not realistic at that time because no alternative accommodation was available, the reply was dismissive, along the lines of “Then don’t, enjoy your stay.” Our concerns were not taken seriously.
We would definitely not stay here again and do not recommend this accommodation.

Overpriced and Filthy – Avoid This Place!
For the price they charge, you’d expect at least basic cleanliness and decent service, but this place fails on both. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
