The rooms are good and the swimming pool is spacious.
I was very impressed. The hotel has a tranquil atmosphere and several swimming pools to choose from, perfect for those who enjoy relaxing by the pool.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the Pool Access rooms which allow you to walk directly into the pool from your room. The staff provides excellent service, the food is delicious, and it's conveniently located near Bang Niang Beach, just a short walk away.
This is another great value accommodation in Khao Lak that I would definitely stay at again.

Lovely
My partner and I have come back from an amazing 10 night stay here. The hotel staff are lovely, polite, welcoming and friendly. We had a swim up room which was amazing, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily, the bed was comfortable and huge. There's so many pools we were spoilt for choice, and the swim up bar is great too. Breakfast has an amazing choice that is changed daily, and my favourite the make your own omelette station is so good. Room service is great too and delivered quickly.

Beautiful and relaxing
This was our second visit to the Waters and it did not disappoint.
This time we stayed in the newer part of the resort and its was fantastic.
The pool is large. We had a swim up room, which is lovely.
Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and pillows.
Staff are all fantastic and cheerful.
Food, breakfast buffet lots of choice, nice sized restaurant.
Location is perfect, everything is on the doorstep yet close your door and its silence.
Looking forward to our third visit later in the year.

Fantastic resort. We'll priced, excellent buffet breakfast. Great location for lots of bars and restaurants and the Bang Niang markets

Great relaxing friendly stay
We have just finished our 2 week holiday here staying on a bed and breakfast stay the hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and very helpful from reception to the gardeners, The food at breakfast is very good depending on your taste with lots of variety and some very unusual non European dishes all well cooked . The rooms we saw were all spacious cleaned well with towels for dinners etc left every day. This is there low season but no problems getting sunbeds at any time might be different in high season but with so many swim up rooms I doubt it . The local restaurants are all with in easy walking distance as are 2 beaches . Just to thank all the staff for a great stay if we come back to khao lak this is where we will stay
