Great hotel and staff
Great hotel, so much so, when we came back to Chiang Mai, we stayed again.
Located in a quiet street just off the southeast corner of the walled old town. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is OK.
You can get coffee, cold drinks and biscuit snacks included throughout the day/night.
The pool is great after a day exploring and before a night out.
The staff really make this place, ever so friendly and helpful.
Definitely stay again when we go back.

Great Hotel
We stayed here in Chiang Mai for 7 nights (Feb 18 – 25) where we were booked into a Standard Twin room that also included breakfast.
Front staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable with any questions we had during our stay & were able to assist us booking our taxi for our departure. Daily, we would converse with them during our departures or returns to the hotel. They were always interested in what our plans were for the day & the outcomes.
We stayed in a very rustic area. It is located on a side street, by a residential area about a 5 minutes walk from one of the main streets. From the main street, in either direction, there were small grocery stores & open-air restaurants or kiosks located nearby. During our stay in this area, we always felt safe while out walking during the day or night.
Our room had a TV, bar fridge, 2 bottles of water (replaced daily), hairdryer & safe. A long narrow shelf along the wall was used as a desk with a single chair. We had comfortable twin beds & liked that the bathroom sink was located separately, outside the shower/toilet room which enabled two people to get ready at the same time.
There was only the one long narrow shelf so we had to keep mostly everything in our suitcases. Also, as there was only one chair for the desk, the other person had to sit on a bed as there were no other seats. But it was clean, air conditioner, shower, internet, etc. all worked fine. It was also a quiet hotel at night
One of the best, most considerate ideas at this hotel was the free “help yourself” bottled water, juices, & cold tea always available in a refrigerated case in the lobby. Hot water was available if you preferred a free hot beverage. If you wanted something “stronger” there were beer & coolers or sodas for purchase. Daily, after returning to the hotel, we took advantage of these cold beverages. Also, there were two free containers of snack food (e.g. potato chip sticks). Ramen noodles packages were available for purchase. As there was a microwave & hot water available, it was a quick easy meal to make yourself.
The buffet breakfast that was included each morning was good with a few Thai dishes & a few western style dishes. It was a bright, clean area with lots of seating available. There was an outdoor seating area by the pool with chaises & other comfortable seating in the shade. This was a nice area to relax in after being out on the streets.
We would definitely consider returning to this friendly hotel if we revisited Chiang Mai.

Best experience!
ASA hotel delivered beyond my expectations. Meme and the staff spoke very good English and were able to organise many excursions with pick up from hotel. It is only a short walk into old Chang Mai so walking was perfect. Meme also gave recommendations on the best restaurants and bars to go to. I am for ever grateful for this experience in Chang Mai.

Amazing experience from check in to check out!
Oh wow, where do I even start? From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the lovely Bow at reception, who greeted me with the biggest smile! She made check-in a breeze and really encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything during my stay. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by MiMie, who was always cheerful and a joy to be around.
When I got to my room, I was pleasantly surprised! Even though it’s a boutique hotel, it feels so modern and beautiful. The bed was huge and super comfy, plus there was a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom/shower—just perfect!
The hotel itself is fantastic. The pool was sparkling clean, and everything felt well-maintained. I loved the little touches in the lobby—free water, juice, tea/coffee, and biscuits were always a nice surprise. The juice was so delicious that I made sure to have it every day! The location is great too; nice and quiet, yet just a few minutes away from all the action.
I can’t forget about the night team, Silean and Dear—they were so friendly and really contributed to making my stay wonderful.
Honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Everything was just perfect, and I can’t wait to stay here again! This place definitely gets an 11/10 from me! :)

Asa hotel family stay
We stayed for 4 nights in May in a triple room and a double as a family of 5. The rooms were very clean, comfy beds and a nice powerful shower. The rooms were cleaned daily as well.
The staff were really friendly, offering advice and suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The restaurant recommendations were perfect.
The hitel had a good breakfast available and free coffee, water, juice and biscuits available all day. Also a nice pool area to relax.
