Highly recommend BED Parsing
The BED Parsing is an experience- not just a hotel, it becomes “home” after a few days because the staff is as wonderful as it gets. Highlights: staff, daily breakfast spread (wow!), the actual bed, linens, pillows, and shower. The hotel is modern and minimalist. The designer/owner put effort and money toward the right things. I can’t say it enough: the staff is special.

Highly recommended
I spent 4 nights staying at Bed Phrasingh & was more than happy the hotel. Lovely rooms, great location, fantastic breakfast, good value & wonderful staff particularly JP who went out of his way to make sure more trip was maximized. Highly recommended

The Best Hotel at Chiang Mai and JP made our stay so pleasant
Our stay at BED Phrasingh Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded expectations in many ways.
First, the service from all staff was outstanding—warm, attentive, and consistent throughout our stay. A special mention to JP from the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless for us. He was incredibly helpful with transport options, food recommendations, and shopping tips. You can genuinely feel that he enjoys what he does, and he made us feel very well taken care of.
The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Everything was in perfect working condition—the shower had great water pressure, hot water was reliable, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. I also appreciated the well-planned details like the cabinets, hangers, and especially the conveniently placed power outlets beside the bed and table.
The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious! They offer fresh juices, snacks, and fruits available 24/7, which is such a great touch. The freshly baked bread was especially impressive—simple but really well done.
The pool area was also nice, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It’s close to massage places, temples, and great restaurants, making it very convenient to explore. It’s also very accessible via Grab, which made getting around easy.
Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. As a hotelier myself, I can confidently say that this property is very well managed and delivers a high standard of hospitality.

Great location
Great location. Great time. Rooms were clean but smallish. Everything very modern looking. Comfy beds too.
Tea/coffee facilities were avalible 24hrs downstairs. As were fruit & snacks. Breakfast was vast with a lot of choice. Fruit, doughnuts, cereal etc.
JP, you were brilliant.!!
He recommended things for us to do when we had a spare hour or two. He sorted a few laundry items for us & they arrived back the next day. He walked us to a massage place after we had concerns & explained to the people in Thai what we wanted. He also took it upon himself to phone a trip for us after they hadn't confirmed the pick-up time. He even made us breakfast boxes to take when we had trips booked before breakfast time started. He was very friendly all the time, spoke excellent English & is a great asset to BED Phrasingh. Thank you.

Best in Chang Mai for couples or groups without children
Well run small hotel with a great staff, in a good location.
The Bed, as expected, was very comfortable, the kitchen staff created some great food for breakfast. Fresh fruit, hibiscus juice that I will always remember, the fresh daily sour dough bread, creative egg frittata, soups, sausages - the list goes on. By far, the best - included - breakfast we have had in Thailand. We went on a day trip to interact with the elephants - coordinated by the staff. We will definitely come back.

Fresh fruit, hibiscus juice that I will always remember, the fresh daily sour dough bread, creative egg frittata, soups, sausages - the list goes on.
