Good hotel for adults and kids
Beautiful hotel & food suitable for kids and adults. Very welcoming and good activities almost every day.
Also the people that comes and gives discounts on different stuff are welcoming. I’ve gotten 2 tattoos already through Dogan, very loving guy and is almost a second family on this hotel

Good Hotrl
Everything was so perfect that I was truly impressed! The hotel’s location, the staff, and everything else were absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were kind, polite, friendly, and very attentive. I would especially like to thank Golnush, Rose, and Ayşe for their kindness and amazing service. They made my experience even more special. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

TERRIBLE
Arrived at hotel at 3am with our 3 grandchildren, dropped at the gate no sure how to even get in , Finally worked it out , checked in shown to room ,all fine , next morning we go for breakfast,only me in the queue, the man on the egg station didn’t even acknowledge me just kept stirring food about, but as more people joined the queue he straight away asked what they would like ,I was absolutely fuming ,and words were exchanged, as our holiday went on we realised they don’t like English at all ,we sat at bar tried to get attention to get a drink just to be ignored, I finally had to walk up to him to ask him for a drink ,they all need a lesson how to smile,we have been to several places in turkey never ever have I ever encountered anything like this place , we felt totally isolated, all they bothered about was if you are danish German Finland ,AND PEOPLE BE WARNED THE TATTOO MAN ,WHO IS ALWAYS AT THE POOL ASKING PETO VISIT HIS CLOTHES SHOP , BEWARE HE RIPS YOU OFF , OUR BIL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE £150.00 , he convert to lira , we later checked it he had charged us £240.00 ,
The hotel she be looking at this and not letting it happen,
Oh and as for the lifeguards ,the pool with slides , he just stands at the bar on his phone all day ,
And on another occasion in the pool near restaurant our six year old granddaughter got into difficulty nand the life guard just stood there , my husband jumped in fully clothed to get her ,
I’d say out of all the staff there was one young female who acknowledged us and our grandchildren, all the staff are vey ignorant and miserable,
I st writing this review but I know as we are English nothing will change , it’s plain to see they don’t like or acknowledge the English ,
And as for the food ,just how much chicken can one person eat every day for lunch and dinner was chicken chips pizza and a range of salads ,
I can say in all honesty I’d never recommend to anyone ,
OH AND THE BEACH DAY , WE BOOKED IT THE BEFORE,GETS PICKED UP ,DROPPED AT BEACH ,
NOT EVEN TOLD WER TO GO , WE FOUND OUR WAY TO THE SUNLOUNGERS ON THE BEACH ,AS OUR 6 year old didn’t like the rough sea we said we would take her in pool instead,to be told children not allowed in pool , then we were going to have lunch to be told our hotel not allowed to use it ,
At no point were we greeted and offered a drink even ,
Absolutely no communication at all ,
The hotel should let people know first that kids can’t use the facilities at beach resort .ALL IN ALL SHOCKING EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN.

At the same time, we would like to clarify that some of the points mentioned in your review do not fully correspond with the services provided by our hotel or with the findings of our internal checks.
First of all, your arrival at the hotel at around 03:00 was not a time determined or preferred by our hotel. Flight, transfer and arrival arrangements are organised between our guests and their travel agencies. Nevertheless, our reception operates 24/7, and upon your late-night arrival, your check-in was completed and you were assisted to your room.
The experience you described regarding our breakfast and bar services has been shared with the relevant departments. At Calimera Sunpark Alanya, treating all our guests equally, regardless of nationality, is one of our fundamental principles. We therefore do not accept the suggestion that British guests are systematically treated differently or receive discriminatory service.
At the same time, we would never want even one of our guests to feel that they have not been treated with sufficient care or attention. Following your feedback, we have repeated training with our relevant teams, particularly our F&B team, focusing on guest communication, friendly service and equal treatment of all guests. We have also increased our management controls in these areas.
Regarding the variety of our food, your review states that lunch and dinner mainly consisted of chicken, French fries and pizza. This does not accurately reflect our current buffet concept. Lunch and dinner are prepared according to daily menu plans, with meat and fish alternatives offered every day alongside chicken options. Hot dishes, salads, side dishes, desserts and other buffet selections are also included in our daily menu planning.
Of course, food preferences vary from person to person. However, we cannot agree with the suggestion that our buffet consisted only of the few items mentioned above.
Another matter mentioned in your review, and one that is particularly important to us, concerns the allegations regarding our lifeguards. Guest safety is, without question, one of our highest priorities.
Following your statement that your six-year-old grandchild was in difficulty in the pool and that our lifeguard did not intervene, the incident was specifically reviewed and the relevant CCTV footage was carefully examined. Our review clearly shows that the lifeguard noticed the situation, intervened and assisted your grandchild out of the water. For this reason, we cannot accept the statement that our lifeguard did nothing.
Nevertheless, we do not disregard any feedback concerning the conduct and discipline of our lifeguards at their assigned positions. Training has been repeated with the relevant team, and their duties and responsibilities have been reinforced. As management, we will continue to carry out regular on-site checks, with particular attention to the pool and aquapark areas.
We would also like to clarify your feedback regarding the use of the beach. All guests receive a “Good to Know” information document during check-in.
We are aware that, particularly after arriving late at night or following a long journey, guests may not always remember all the information communicated verbally during check-in. This is precisely why important information regarding our facilities, services and conditions of use is also provided in writing, allowing guests to review the details afterwards.
Information regarding the beach facilities, their conditions of use and the services available to Calimera Sunpark Alanya guests is also provided. Nevertheless, following your feedback, we have repeated training with our Front Office, Guest Relations and Animation teams and taken the necessary steps to ensure that the relevant beach conditions are explained more clearly to guests before they leave the hotel for the beach.
We have also made operational arrangements with the relevant teams regarding welcoming guests arriving at the beach facility and ensuring that they are properly directed.
Your feedback regarding the tattoo business operating around the pool area has also been taken into consideration. The matter has been shared with the relevant operator and the necessary warnings have been given. However, the commercial transactions of this business are not part of the hotel’s direct sales operation. Therefore, without verifying the details of the transaction between the parties, it would not be appropriate for the hotel management to accept responsibility for the payment made.
We would also like to emphasize that, had you contacted us during your stay regarding any issue or any aspect of your experience that did not meet your expectations, we would have had the opportunity to take the necessary steps to assist you and resolve the issues as far as possible.
For us, it is much more valuable to be aware of any concerns while our guests are still at the hotel and have the opportunity to find a solution, rather than learning about them only after their stay has ended. Our Management and Guest Relations teams remain in regular contact with our guests for this very reason and do their best to respond to any concerns as quickly as possible.
Therefore, had you shared any of the concerns mentioned in your review with us during your stay, we would have had the opportunity to assess each matter at the time, carry out the necessary checks and do our best to help turn your stay into a more satisfying experience.
In conclusion, we certainly would not have wanted you to leave our hotel dissatisfied, and we take your feedback seriously as it helps us further improve our service quality. Where we have identified areas requiring attention, we have repeated our training and increased our operational controls.

Best family hotel
We recently stayed at Calimera Sunpark Garden and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and appreciated.
The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety every day, with fresh, delicious dishes for both adults and children. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and we especially loved the themed dinner evenings and the tasty desserts.
The entertainment team deserves special praise! Every evening was full of fun, energy, and laughter. The shows, music, and activities created an amazing atmosphere for both families and couples. The entertainment staff were incredibly talented, engaging, and always made sure everyone had a great time.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pools and garden areas were beautiful, and the location was very convenient with easy access to the beach and the city center.
