Price-performance ratio

We would like to thank Mr. Ali, a hotel employee in the dining area, for his friendly demeanor and helpfulness. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the organizer, Mr. Haşim, for his interest, attention, and guidance. He took great care of us, guided us, and helped us make the most of our day. We would like to thank Mr. Fatih at the reception for his helpful and solution-oriented approach. Those who wish to choose the hotel can do so with peace of mind. Value for money.

Stay clear of this hotel….. do not waste your money.

Upon arrival to this hotel we were given a different room to what we had originally booked and paid for, we were told it was unavailable.
The staff were very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable for the whole of our stay.
There were ripped towels and cockroaches.
The food was awful and repetitive and the water had a chlorine taste.
Paid for all inclusive but there was a huge list of this not included upon arrival..
No evening entertainment and rooms that were run down with leaks coming from above the above room, this was reported but not fixed.
As a result of the leak our toilet roll kept getting wet, when we asked for more we were refused.
All in all very disappointed. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

Great location and lovely stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Kleopatra Ada Beach Hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the beautiful Kleopatra Beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff and Hasim were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful sea views. Overall, a great place for a relaxing holiday in Alanya. We would happily come back! ❤️

A wonderful holiday

Everything was perfect; we enjoyed ourselves from the day we arrived until the last day.
The gentleman in charge of entertainment, who was constantly checking in and asking how we were doing, was truly very respectful towards us and made our holiday with my family so enjoyable.
I can recommend it with complete confidence.

Thank you for everything.

It offers excellent value for money for those who want to come. The staff are friendly, it's right by the sea, and the food is excellent in every aspect. I would especially like to thank the hotel's chef, Mr. Ali, for his efforts. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Haşim, who has been helping us since the day we arrived. I would recommend this place; it's both reliable and clean. Those who want to come shouldn't hesitate. Thank you again to all the staff :)
