The roads of Ankara are no longer paved.

It's a very high-quality establishment. Its location is legendary. The cleanliness is good, and they offer a warm, home-like atmosphere. I feel much more at ease when I come to Ankara. Many thanks also to Mr. Kemal, he was very helpful. Thank you for everything.

I found it online during a visit to Ankara and was very pleased.

I’ve stayed before, but I’ve encountered a very different and beautiful concept that’s been refurbished. The staff and room quality are good enough.

It’s best to consider and choose

Our go-to place to stay with my mom in early October. We went to try and actually enjoy. Never met our expectations. The hotel''s location is opposite the kocatepe mosque. No parking available. If you find street access, you can park or get paid parking there soon. They don’t have a place for breakfast, and if you want breakfast, bring it to your room. According to the contract, you must collect and dispose of your waste, otherwise I have a penalty of 2 grand, unless I remember wrong. Places are clean. There''s an elevator. We signed a rental at the entrance, and when Mom asked for the room key to use the sink, they said it was a problem to give the key without receiving payment, and Mom was able to go up while I paid. The room is as seen. It’s uncertain who left with a shampoo. No liquid soap, we had a shower gel box in our room for soap purposes. Then they put a pet bottle in the room they showed us. There’s no place to put toilet paper, there’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom. Those weren’t a problem for us, maybe, but there were ashes and hair on the seatcover. We hear all kinds of subtle walls. We didn’t feel much confidence with the profile of people coming to the hotel, either. That’s why we wanted to get out of the hotel that night, and I spoke to the hamdi at the front desk. Offered to move us to another room. She took a understandable attitude and said she would be interested. I saw the hair on our bed again, and I met the hamdi again, called me to the front desk and gave me the linens to buy Newbie linens, and at 11:30 p.m. we put the new over our dirty sheets. After spending that night sleeping in the clothes we came off the road, our breakfast arrived at 8 a.m. 2 hours after the phone call. The teas are old in water glasses and on top of a burger company we don’t know where they come from? I forwarded my same complaints to a lady who said she was the head of the morning front desk, but I don’t know her name, and I asked for a refund for the days we didn’t stay. The lady said she was cleaning daily and she was washing sheets. When I showed the photos of the sheets, but they were washed and not ripped, I got the answer that there were things stuck. She said you shouldn’t expect a hotel comfort, but not an apartment. They said that refunds were unavailable because they could never again sell the room. We spent the rest of our days in another hotel. A Newbie hotel is missing out. You can’t expect to look for hotel comfort, either, but I still think everyone can expect to sleep on clean sheets. At least. As one of 19 countries I can’t count but who’s seen many cities, visited 3/4 of Turkey and stayed in countless hotels, I recommend the hotel:
1-If the cribs need to be punched without hair, they must be punched.
2-The tea can be hot if they can bring it with at least a little thermos.
The tea is presented with a 3-simple metal platter, better than anything that comes with a platter that looks like it came out of a restaurant’s trash.
If a 4-Customer complains about dirt in the room, they should not be accused of lying by saying that it is impossible before they come and see. Everyone can make mistakes
A 5-champoon can still fit different types in each room, but a simple single-use bottle (even if filled again) from at least one packager will look more professional and clean.
There shouldn’t be anything like 6-shampoo in a pet bottle, even if you can’t settle into it, the liquid soap is never better.
There must be a solution for the subtlety of the 7-room walls. There’s no privacy.
I don't think we'll choose again, and I wish everyone a good win
