Bad experience
I am writing this review so that other guests do not experience the same disappointment I did.
My sister and her husband came to Antalya. I wanted to be close to them, so I looked for a hotel in the Lara area, and my boyfriend booked this hotel through Agoda. My only aim was to stay in a clean and comfortable place.
We booked an Economy Room, but there was no information indicating that the room had no window. Moreover, another room, approximately 1000 TL cheaper, was clearly stated to have no window. That's why I thought the room I booked was just a normal room. If I had known it had no windows, I definitely wouldn't have booked it.
I asked this morning if my room was ready, and I was told they would call back, but nobody did. I had to call again around 2 PM. When I arrived at the hotel, the check-in process took longer than it should have. There was a problem with the identity registration, and I was given only the room key without any explanation.
I took the stairs because there was no elevator, but I couldn't find my room. When I returned to reception, I was surprised that even the staff weren't sure where the room was located.
I was in for a huge shock when I entered the room. The room had no windows, no fresh air, a constant engine noise, small flies buzzing around, and the mobile internet connection was almost nonexistent. I felt like I was in a stuffy warehouse, not a hotel room.
When I explained the situation to the reception, instead of understanding, I was told it was my reservation. The first staff member I encountered was quite rude and indifferent. Instead of helping, they increased my stress.
After contacting Agoda, the hotel manager dealt with me. He was very polite and professional, listened to the problem, and arranged for a room change. The receptionist then tried to resolve the situation.
However, my first experience ruined the whole atmosphere of my vacation. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't even go to breakfast the next morning. Although my reservation was for two nights, I only stayed one night and left early.
Other drawbacks included the lack of a shuttle service to the beach and the reception's failure to adequately inform guests.
As a result, I did not receive the service I expected. My biggest disappointment was the lack of clear information about the windowless room and the initial indifferent attitude towards my problem. The only positive point was the manager's office upgrade. Aside from that, unfortunately, I don't plan to choose it again and I can't recommend it.

Everything is wonderful and very good. but there is a woman at the recption who is (....) and i did not like dealing with her. and i didn't like the way she dealing with the colleagues at work.

Amazing.. Will definitely recommend!
Situated quite central to the shops and restaurants.. Came here for dental work... What am amazing place.. Very clean and tidy..rooms are lovely... Worth every penny and more.... Very modern and each and every one of the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast very adequate.. Also complimentary soup.. Biscuits fruit and coffee in the evening. It was very quiet in the evenings no noise at all... Outdoor and indoor seating area. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.. Made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable 10/10!

cozy, clean and affordable
I just stayed at Fora Hotel and I’m really happy with the choice. The hotel is in a perfect location – very central, close to everything I needed, and easy to get around.
The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked well, and the breakfast was solid (good variety, fresh options, definitely above average for the price).
What stood out the most was the reception staff – especially Serpil at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make things easy. I had forgotten my laptop mouse and she managed to find one and lent it to me without any hesitation. That kind of service really makes a difference.
