Very central location and reasonably priced.

The hotel is in a central location. I found the staff to be very friendly. I must say the breakfast was very good, plentiful and varied; my room was also good, I was staying on the first floor. The hotel has a savings center, which I didn't use, but I did use the gym. You can even get dinner packed, eat it in the living room, watch TV, or bring your neighbors over; there are plenty of options. It's certainly not a five-star hotel, but the price reflects that.

Disappointed

Location is great and staff are friendly but the hotel itself is very run down. On day of checking we headed to our room which was on the top floor. When we walked in we realised the ceiling was on an angle, as two 6’3 men this was not ideal. The room itself was spacious enough but the height of the room was an issue along with the shower cubicle being tiny. So the next day we requested another room and needed to leave our belongings with reception.
Our second room was better in regards to height but the cleanliness or lack of was not what we expected. It was that dirty that we needed to buy our own cleaning products just to feel some kind of cleaning had been done as it was thick with dirt/dust and the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned and still had human hair left in the shower.
The breakfast was good and so was the price for 4 nights but I wouldn’t recommend more than 2-3 nights here if you are on a budget.

I don't recommend this Hotel

(-) I booked a standard room. The bathroom was terrible and too small . The sink was located outside the bathroom, right near the entrance door. There was no hot water at all. The bed sheets were extremely dirty from the first day — they were full of hair. When I spoke to the lady working there, she made fun of me and said, “The hair doesn’t stain me.” That was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
The building is full of insects and clearly needs major renovation. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all.
(+) The location was good , near the city center and the tramway. They provide you with free shampoo , conditioner, and bottles of water. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

Official scam...The rooms have nothing to do with the pictures.

I can't believe it...I've never seen a bad hotel like this in my life..disrespectful and unassuming people.6 hours away we arrived at the front desk and we were welcomed by an 8- or 9-year-old kid. We paid for 3 days with friends, but it was a complete disappointment.Already finding the hotel is a matter of the first thing.It has nothing to do with the pictures.They gave us 3 rooms and said 1 less.We said high entrance must have been.We entered one that the rooms are underground basement floors.A dark room overlooking the parking lot of cars.Smells of baskets and shit. It's a joke with a car wheel view, and when a place like a warehouse is under construction, it's a scandal. When we went back to the front desk for another room request, the poor guy at the front desk told us that they didn’t have other rooms and that we should stay there.And he told us that we could go out if we didn’t want to, and that they didn’t make a refund, and that he officially treated us as incentives. We paid as much as £25,000 to get bored. Calm down, but don’t go.I’ll keep complaining anywhere.

Very bad hotel

We made online Reservations. The rooms they gave us were -1 and had a stink of ribs. We asked them to give us other rooms, but they told us they couldn’t help. A friend at the front desk takes care of us. Definitely not a Recommendation place.
