Rest where rest was needed
The hotel is not only centrally located, but also has a wonderful charm. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with an especially comfortable bed. I was also impressed by the air conditioning system, which automatically maintained a comfortable temperature in a way I had never experienced at another hotel.
The pool was exquisite and offered us a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some private time, even though it is a shared pool for all guests. It was a lovely place to unwind after a long journey.
One experience that particularly stood out to me was the kindness of the Pina Hotel team after I accidentally left behind my beloved sunglasses. Ms. Canan and the team went above and beyond to arrange for them to be sent all the way to me in Canada. I was incredibly touched by their effort and generosity.
Overall, I greatly appreciated the hospitality, warmth, and care we received at Pina Hotel. I would be delighted to visit again and would happily recommend it to others.
One small suggestion would be to offer PayPal or another electronic payment option for beverages at the pool, which would make things even more convenient for guests.

Exceptional stay and hospitality at Pina Hotel
The rooms were a perfect size with a very modern and smart bathroom. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby within walking distance as well as the Old Bazaar and Marina.
Hotel receptionists are extremely attentive, hospitalitable, warm and friendly - always going the extra mile to accommodate us.
The property has a lovely private little pool which is super refreshing during this summer heat. Rooms are always kept cool and air conditioned. They have a 24h helpline you can message should you need anything at all. Luggage is stored here at no additional charge.
