Great stay at the Laden Hotel!

Great stay at the Laden Hotel. We stayed three nights. The night receptionist helped us and showed the room, he was very kind and efficient. He helped us with our bags and the whole team was very welcoming, kind and very attentive. The young men of the staff were super friendly, attentive, they helped us with the luggage. Thanks to the whole team and the owner for their Welcoming, Service was at the top! The rooms are clean, spacious, nice and we had the pool view which made the stay even more pleasant. We even had a small terrace to sit in front of our room. The pool was great, quite large and the water was always at a very good temperature. The hotel is very well located, 20 minutes from the beach and shops. I recommend this hotel and will come back for a future stay in Bodrum!

Instead spacios room of 215 sq m we got tiny dark chamber. The hotel was emty and there were plenty of rooms as described in the room information.
The cleaness of the shower cabin terrible.
Free toiletries - 5 g two pieces of soap
Rainfall showerhead totally damaged, leaked to the side
Shower damaged, leaked
Minibar - none
The picture of the room showed small fridge. There was no fridge in the room. We insisted on one and got old model barely working unit
Deposit Safe was locked and not accessable.
Reusable tableware - none. There ware not even cheapest plastic cups.
Do not trust the pictures and descriptions.

We stayed at this hotel for a short visit, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations.
The hotel feels quite tired and is definitely in need of renovation — especially the bathroom fixtures, which were old and not functioning properly. Because of this, we had to change rooms during our stay, which was inconvenient.
The location is both a plus and a minus. It’s very close to the main bus station, which makes it easy to get around. However, the area itself is quite crowded and not very clean, which took away from the overall experience.
With some updates and better maintenance, this hotel could be much better. As it stands, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

I can't leave zero stars, but this is my reting.
I have never had such an awful experience on my entire life.
I ended up crying on my first day of our two weeks holiday in Bodrum
We did not get the room we paid for.
We had to negotiate with the receptionist and the manager over the phone.
They gave us a second room, AGAIN, not the one that we paid for.
After 3 days , we finally got the room that we booked.
The room was never cleaned in two weeks. Reasons: we did not ask for it
We took the rubbish outside every day
The most rude staff we ever encountered.
The pictures are not true to reality. The room that we had was facing an alley with rubbish bins . Yes, you can see the see if you zoom in.
The receptionist said, " If you don't like it,leave after we complained that the room he gave us was not the one we paid for."
I have never , ever been in such a humiliated situation.
I will not recommend this, and I will not go there ever in my entire life.

A great place to stay, rooms were clean, staff were absolutely excellent

Laden was a great stay. We left another hotel and needed a room quickly. The staff were very helpful and we were happy we deiced to stay at Laden. Everyone was so helpful, but especially Yosef, who was a delight to see every day. He could not have done more to assist us and help us enjoy our stay. The room was very large and clean and the pool was also large and clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and overall it was a really good stay.
