Big disappointment - not recommended
The hotel is very old and did not make a good impression overall. There were already several defects upon our arrival: The room door could not be closed properly, the floor was dirty, and the toilet was broken.
The biggest problem, however, was the cleanliness. Despite the "Please clean my room" sign being hung up multiple times, our room was not cleaned for several days.
There were also repeated problems with the room cards. They were incorrectly deactivated multiple times because we were checked out of the system prematurely. As a result, we had to go back to the reception desk every single time.
In addition, other defects occurred in the room: The shower stall could only be closed halfway, and the towel rack fell down during our stay.
The dining options also failed to convince us. We are aware that this is a 3-star hotel, yet the selection was very limited overall. The breakfast in particular was almost the same every day and offered hardly any variety.
Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations. Due to the numerous shortcomings, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

Ohne Zimmer- oder Reservierungsangaben können wir die geschilderten Abläufe hier nicht verifizieren. Unser Haus ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel; Ausstattung und Verpflegungsumfang werden vor der Buchung transparent dargestellt. Dass einzelne Speisen nicht Ihrem Geschmack entsprachen, ist nachvollziehbar, die pauschale Darstellung unseres gesamten Angebots als unzureichend weisen wir jedoch zurück. Konkrete Mängel werden bei Meldung an die Rezeption geprüft und behoben. Wir bedauern, dass Sie unzufrieden abgereist sind, bitten aber um eine sachliche Bewertung, die überprüfbare Tatsachen von persönlichen Erwartungen trennt.
