Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior.
We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system show "breakfast included."
Despite this, we were forced to pay extra for breakfast, which we didn’t even end up eating due to the unprofessional and arrogant attitude of the staff.
It's a shame. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. They seem to be looking for any opportunity to charge guests extra — I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to make you pay for the water or slippers in the room.

Horrible experience!

Totally horrible! The room type availability they publish online and the actual availability doesn't match. Hotel staff Mr. Ahmet made the situation even worse with his attitude. I felt like they are trying so hard to rip you off. A definete NO!

Calm Visit

Enjoy a big room with high facilities and great service by everyone in the hotel.
It's location is good and close to different tourist locations in the city.
Reception staff were very helpful, and they speak many languages.
