Great hotel to stay

I used this hotel for one night, as a stopover on the way from Bucharest to Bodrum. The hotel is located immediately after getting off the ferry boat. The hotel has its own parking, clean rooms, very good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Around the hotel many restaurants, cafes and shops of all kinds. The price is very good. I recommend with confidence.

Amazing service! And great room.

We stayed here for one night. Everything was smooth and lovely from check in to check out. Reception staff were very friendly and a Porter and valet helped us with bags and parked our car in their free parking lot.
Soon after we arrived in the room which was modern and one of the cleanest during our travels in Turkey, someone came to the room to deliver complementary tea and cake. Delicious.
Breakfast was great a wide selection with fresh baked eggs and the likes. Again great service. Upon check out we were surprised when they gVe a a gift bag! Yes a gift bag. With sandwiches, water, juice and fruits and a postcards and a wallet. Such a pleasant surprise.
Location is fantastic, right in the heart of town by the pier and by the ferry. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location in Canakkale

This hotel was perfectly located in the old town for our short visit to Canakkale. The front desk person was very helpful and kind. Thank you Mr. EROL ISBIRIL!
Modern rooms,confortable beds, very clean. Breakfast is good!

Decent for one night

Hello, we have been in holiday by car to Kusadasi... because the road trip was more than 1000km from Romania, we decided to to stay one night in Canakkale.
Sooooo...
PRO:
- near the ferryboat and very close by all terraces from harbor.
- they have free parking lots (about 15-20cars)
- the rooms are clean
- free wi-fi
CONS:
- small rooms
- bathroom / shower is a lil’ bit dirty
- windows are low quality and you can hear everything is happening outside, on streets.
- breakfast was good but not so many options..
- the ceiling is very low.
So, only if you are tired and have to sleep for one night.. you can choose it.

Good choice for short stay

We have recently been to Canakkale for a running event. We asked for a budget/mid-range single night stay, and we looked for a hotel as near as possible to the ferry port. Helen Park simply provided all we need. Hotel car park was convenient and breakfast seemed pretty decent (yet we did not taste much of it).
