You can choose with convenience

It was like everything was told. The clean breakfast in the rooms is excellent and the location is beautiful.
Same breakfast and rooms in the photos. The employees were welcoming. They’ll respond courteously to any questions.

The hotel is very nice, modern, and newly built. The biggest highlight was definitely the view — you can see the balloons both from the jacuzzi room and from the rooftop balcony area, which was amazing. For the location and views, I would give it 10/10. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
However, there are a few things that need improvement. Breakfast was not buffet style; instead, they prepare and bring the food to you, so there is very little choice or flexibility. Tea and coffee were almost always empty, so we often had to wait for refills.
The rooms were also not cleaned during the stay, and some towels had holes in them, which did not feel appropriate for this type of hotel.
If these issues are corrected, I could definitely recommend this hotel. Otherwise, there are other hotels in the area offering similar views and experiences.

Mixed Experience – Helpful Staff, but Hygiene Needs Serious Improvement

I stayed here with a friend. The front desk staff were quite helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. However, hygiene standards were noticeably lacking. It was surprising that rooms were not cleaned daily, and basic items like toilet paper had to be requested repeatedly. While we didn’t specifically ask for it, there was also no proactive change of bed linens or towels.
The rooms are not very spacious unless you opt for one with a jacuzzi—which I personally avoided due to hygiene concerns. For what it offers, the price felt quite high. Also, the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the town center, which might not be ideal for those who don’t enjoy walking. To add, the road access to the hotel isn’t fully paved yet, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

It was an amazing experience staying on this hotel.
It felt like home for us.
We arrived in Cappadocia in the morning and went to the hotel Just to keep our bag until checking time but the guy at the reception surprised us by offering one empty room for getting fresh, shower or anything we want.
Then he offered tea so we went on terrace and made plan for the breakfast which was another amazing decision.
The view, breakfast and tomato sauce specially was amazing.
The mattress was so so comfortable, I didn’t want to check out.😂
Got to view the balloons early in the morning with breakfast around 9 am (which was after our balloon flight) and was incredible.
Thank you for the hospitality and kindness.

It was a go-to experience

The Hersey was so good and good. We were supposed to stay at sunset, but we extended the hotel for another night, and the staff were very friendly with guler. There was also a jacuzzi in our room. Towels were served daily. And the coffee setup and water have been refreshed.
