Rest in Pamukkale
Very spacious complex of hall, lounges and dining room. The rooms not so much. The
Very attentive and effective staff. The wide thermal zone even if somewhat deteriorated by the passage of time. The buffer very good although the soup was repeated every day lunch and dinner.

Nice hotel, beautiful thermal water pools

We only stayed one night in Pamukkale and stayed at this hotel. We loved the atmosphere, the spacious, clean, modern rooms. The thermal water pools, very good. The food(dinner) we liked the menu. The drink a little expensive. We recommend it!!! Wifi good. Huge hotel, has lift, drinks bar(was closed at time of arrival)

Very-very good option to visit Pamukkale, it's in a quiet place near the touristic area. We loved it. Great pools and spa area. Great food. Great staff. Pet friendly 😁 Great value for the money. We highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The food offered a good variety and everything I tried was fresh and delicious.
The hotel’s facilities were excellent, with a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of activities to enjoy.
Overall, I had a great experience and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.

Regret
Aside from the reception staff, there were no friendly people at the hotel. The hotel was like a labyrinth inside. You have to go through the fire escape doors to get to your room. The food was below expectations; cold chicken, cold and discolored liver. Drinks are extra and exorbitantly priced (e.g., cola 150 TL, ayran 120 TL), and they only offer special food and drinks to their acquaintances, completely ignoring the other guests. We decided to use the thermal pools for healing, so we went downstairs and saw the spa and thermal pool opposite the elevator, but the children had turned it into a playground. Opposite the women's section of the Turkish bath was the men's restroom, which was a place where it was unclear who was going where, and far from hygienic. On top of all that, they would stay in the pool until 12 or 1 am, laughing loudly. Overall, the hotel has problems with discipline, hygiene, and planning. Considering the price, we thought it was a good quality place and we wouldn't regret it. But we were wrong :(
