It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. As a family of four, we find the four-bed room incredibly practical and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for our trips.
The location is fantastic, with dessert shops, restaurants, and fast-food outlets just outside the hotel, giving us plenty of dining options within walking distance. The breakfast offers a great variety, and the hotel’s easy access to the motorway makes our journeys smooth and convenient.
We always enjoy our stay here and would happily recommend it to families looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

Inadequate internet

The internet connection was very poor; we were unable to perform any of the tasks requiring a laptop. We asked the staff for assistance, but none of them were able to help. Consequently, we were inconvenienced. This matter is being reported to the authorities.

The Tower Hotel is a source of regret.

My stay at this property was unfortunately far below my expectations. The rooms suffered from serious deficiencies in cleanliness and hygiene; the condition of the beds, in particular, was unacceptable. Furthermore, there was no sound insulation in the rooms; all the sounds from the adjacent rooms and the corridor came through immediately.
Not only the rooms, but also the sauna and wet areas were quite dirty. The extremely dirty windows also clearly revealed the overall neglect of the facility.
The staff's approach was completely devoid of professionalism and hospitality; their behavior was quite disrespectful. (receptionist)
I later learned that this used to be a girls' dormitory. Both inadequate physical conditions such as sound insulation and the management and service approach unfortunately still resemble an old dormitory structure rather than a professional hotel operation. You can't run a hotel by begging for ratings from customers. I recommend that those considering staying here take these serious shortcomings into account.

Terrible.

Not worth a star! We have 7 people arrived have got 2x double rooms and 1 triple room. Since I first saw the room (double room) of my parents and my aunt, I thought it was okay. Unfortunately, our triple room was not like this, lights catastrophic very little light, I think that should be so that you don't see the dirt and the old ruffled carpet. Bath also very questionable, safe did not go, under the beds was still remains of nuts and other garbage from the previous visitor. A thicker blanket was desired, this came without reference to request the employee said they had no covers in the summer we should please just put the thin blanket on our body and the blanket on it. On my complaint we were promised a new room but only the next day, which I thought was good. But the next day should only become available at noon, which is why we unfortunately only saw the room in the evening as we were traveling and this was even worse than the previous room, on repeated complaint the reception reacted very surprising and said the room would be one of the most beautiful. I'll leave a few pictures there to see for yourself.
Ps: the only good thing were the staff at the restaurant, very friendly

A beautiful hotel!

A beautiful hotel! Cleanliness, comfort, courteous staff! Beautiful restaurant, with great breakfasts! Spa level! I recommend this hotel!!!!
