I was very pleased with my hotel experience. We had fun, we ate and drank. The staff were friendly. Eren and Ilker from the animation team were very helpful.

this place should be shut down

This hotel should be shut down due to the filth, the insects living there, and the huge cockroaches everywhere—none of which the staff cares about at all. Trash left on tables by the pools is also ignored; clearing it away seems too much trouble for them, so they just leave it for the next day. The mattresses and pillows in the rooms are yellow and filthy, and there are heaps of dust and dead bugs under the beds. Power outlets are ripped out of the walls, there is dampness and mold in the bathrooms, and the walls are dirty and cracked. It is absolutely filthy and disgusting. To top it off, the owners pretend not to speak English and respond to the constant stream of complaints with a malicious smirk—the reservations manager does exactly the same thing. It’s a disgrace; please give this hotel a wide berth.

Horor

Terrible. Although we were told they had superior rooms, the ones actually available were awful: they smelled of urine and mold, the bathrooms lacked soap and were full of dampness, and there were cockroaches in the rooms... the breakfast was deplorable. We couldn't bring ourselves to stay for the other meals. We do not recommend it.

Disappointment

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't waste your money. Don't believe the positive reviews. We stayed for two nights from July 20-22, 2026. The disappointment begins from the moment you enter the lobby; the chairs are filthy and cats are walking on them. We entered the room and were met with another disappointment; the rooms were tiny and cramped, there wasn't even room to unpack your suitcase. The bathroom door doesn't close, and the rooms and bathrooms smell awful. The building is very old; don't be fooled by the photos. The surrounding area is hardly ever cleaned. In the restaurant, the tables are only superficially wiped with a dirty rag. The food selection was limited, but the flavors weren't bad. The chairs and tables in the restaurant are always stained and never cleaned. They don't even provide slippers or shampoo in the rooms. Thankfully they provided soap. On the positive side, the pool was clean. They changed the towels every day. The hotel is centrally located.

I definitely do not recommend it.

Don't go there, it's terrible. Hygiene is zero, the rooms are stuffy and cramped. We went for 5 days but could barely endure one night. We spent the whole night swatting flies with towels, but they kept multiplying as we killed them. There's absolutely no hygiene in the food; the salad had insects, tomatoes had flies on them, you name it. We suffered, don't let yourselves suffer too.
