We love Istanbul

Great service , great employee always smiling and help us any questions so if you need transfer they book for you and old city tour we love it we like to comeback again. I can’t wait. Thanks for amazing service . Istanabul is best city

Great. Lovely hotel. Clean. Good breakfasts. Shafak's Turkish Coffee is a great addition to breakfast.

Very close to historical sites.

The hotel is very close to historical sites, Hagia Sophia is 6 minutes away. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the staff were very helpful. Thank you very much for everything.

To avoid

Rooms poorly soundproofed and therefore very noisy. Little ones with non-existent services: slippers, bathrobes, charlottes ... On one side of the hotel you have the road to the other the bars ... Breakfast really mediocre in a noisy room also and without outside light. The free access “spa” is simply a sauna and a steam room where you have to manage to find a towel, the tiny and dirty cloakroom, what to say about the shower! The Welcoming staff is friendly even if its purpose is to make you consume the excursion at prohibitive prices because they make their com on your back by having you paid in cash and euro at a rate out of category. I would not recommend this property.

An Absolute Gem in Istanbul

The hotel is near the metro and train station.Within walking distance of all local attractions. Our room was spotless w the highest detail and quality. I would love to return again!!
