Excellent.
I would highly recommend the location and cleanliness of the staff I stayed at due to a long business trip. Employee friends are very engaged. Everything was really beautiful and spotless in this hotel, where we came as a company and stayed with our staff. And thank you especially for these names,

DISGUSTING STAFF AND HOTEL DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT
LYING AND FRAUD - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
I am from the UK and I sincerely advise DO NOT BOOK this hotel, the staff Memet, Khaled and the manager are dishonest and fraudulent. I would advise TO NOT STAY HERE.
I travelled to Istanbul solo from the UK to undergo treatment at a dental clinic. I booked this hotel for 6 nights. The first night I rested and the second day I had my appointment at a dental clinic. After attending my appointment the dentist advised I could not undergo the treatment and I also became unwell and after consulting my GP back in the UK I was advised to travel back home. As I was a solo female travelling feeling very poorly, I spoke to Memet at Trip Park Hotel and also had a member of the Clinic who is from Istanbul and spoke Turkish, speak with Memet from the hotel to advise that I should return home and therefore my trip would be cut short. Instead of staying 6 nights, I would have stayed two nights and would be leaving for the airport the following morning. Memet advised even though the booking is not refundable through them as it was booked via Trip.com, he understood my situation and said he would charge my for two nights and refund me the remaining four night. He advised he cannot personally process this, but would ask his manager in the morning to do so. Memet asked me to go onto the Trip.co app and cancel the booking which would generate an email to the hotel, which he would use to process the refund via his manager. The following day whilst checking out, I spoke with Memet again and asked if he has processed the refund via his manager yet, and he advised he had not yet and told me not to worry, he will speak with his manager and let him know my circumstances and will have him process the stay as two nights and refund the remaining four which I was not staying due to poor health. In the meanwhile I submitted a letter from my GP to the hotel via Trip.com app so that the hotel had this for reference as a courtesy. I advised Memet that I was returning to the UK and wouldn't be able to contact the hotel on a turkey number therefore asked him how he would let me know the refund has been processed? He provided me with his whatsapp number to stay in touch. When I arrived in the UK, I followed up with Memet, and he began to deny the conversation took place how it did. He said he would not be refunding me for the four nights that I didn't stay due to his manager not agreeing, despite the fact that memet had said to me he would have his manager process this. I advised Memet that he gave me his professional word that he would have his manager process this and he advised me to cancel the booking from the trip.com app, why did he ask me to do this? If he wasn't sure, he could have simply advised me that he a) cannot refund me the four nights I'm not staying or b" that he will find out from his manager if this is possible. But what he had said to me and also to an independent witness from a well established and well known international dental clinic in Turkey, is that he would have his manager process this. Now Memet, Khaled and the Manager are not answering my calls or the calls of the clinic who I was a patient with and have kept four nights of money from my booking. They waited until I was back in the UK and then went back on their agreement.
They are fraudulent and dishonest and take advantage of foreign tourists especially female solo travellers. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
I have attached screenshots to Memet where he has began to deny our conversation and I have pushed back to say to him that is not what he had agreed with me. Trip.com have also tried to reason with the hotel however they are not even reasoning with trip.com and are insisting to keep four nights of money for a stay that I did not make. trip.com have asked them to refund me four nights and it is the Trip Park Hotel who are saying no.

Excellent value for money
We stayed in 4 (2 couples) the second week of November, what about great value for money. Ideal location for metro and quietness, past the impact of the workshops and tires in the area is all super✔️

Modern
4 nights in this hotel to celebrate New Year's Eve. It must be said right away that the staff is friendly but the hotel is not in a nice location as below it is full of garages so ugly area although a 15 minute walk from Taksim Square. Rooms are modern though very small, free water and tea with kettle. Minibar for a fee and free safe. The taxi booked by the hotel to the airport was 30 minutes late despite having been paid in advance.

Improveable
The hotel in my opinion is good value for money but the rooms are really tiny, we barely moved. The staff sincerely left something to be desired, except for the cleaning man who was really nice. For the rest good location but to take the metro you have to have a good breath given the climb.
