Value for money, reasonable location.

The hotel is situated in Konak aproximately one km from the Kordon - a seafront of the Gulf of Izmir. There are many other hotels, bars, small restaurants and locantas around. The room is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable. The cleaning and changing of the towels take place every day, which is really nice and the cleaning ladies really do their job very well. TV has a very few programs, one in English. When I arrived it was not working, but they fixed it pretty fast inspite of Sunday. Breakfast is rather modest, however, it is sufficient. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. I think it is a pretty good value for money. There is a free Wi Fi, but sometimes the signal is low. You need to wait for a few minutes for the hot water in the shower. Two metro stations - Cankaya and Basmane Gar are situated 5-7 minutes of walking from the hotel, which is really convinient.

Enjoyed my stay, convenient location and access to public transport. Rooms clean and peaceful. One criticism was I found the mattress too hard for my personal taste. The restaurant was very clean with excellent choices for breakfast. I strongly recommend a stay at reasonable cost.

Excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money. It's in an excellent location; you can walk everywhere. Breakfast is served as a buffet; the variety and taste are excellent. The cleanliness wasn't bad. The staff are trying to help with everything. We realized we'd forgotten our belongings, so we called the hotel and they shipped them within half an hour. The only problem is that the road in front of the hotel is only one lane, so traffic can get congested for short periods.

Good location to go by train, dinning options close by, close to the Agora.

Nice people, good location. But the rooms were in ery bad conditions.
