Excellent service and good location

This hotel is very good and is placed in a nice location close to what is considered "central".
I would like to highlight one of your employees, Furkat Rajapov, which made our trip even better. He was proactively checking for anything we needed in the restaurant area, and made my daughter really happy every time my daughter was in need of something. Furkat will be the reason we will return to Bayır Diamond Hotel. He is providing top tier service with a smile on his face. Please give this man a raise. During our stay we would check where Furkat was just to have a talk with him, since he is so calm and nice.
We will return to this hotel again.

Great Hotel, Outstanding Service by Cafer

The hotel is very good overall, but what truly made the stay special was the excellent service from Cafer. He was extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out.

We have been very satisfied with our stay. Comfortable rooms and soft beds. The spa is very good, it is separated for men and women which I appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. I can warmly recommend to everybody. We will definitely be back.
