Cozy Stay in Cappadocia

The decision to stay in Ortahisar for the Cappadocia leg of my Turkey trip ended up being "just right" for me, and my lodging experience at Gümüş Hotel is a big part of that assessment. The hotel had a refreshing "family vibe" about it. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, consistently greeting me to-and-fro. Tea and instant coffee were ever-available in the kitchen, always a nice touch. The room I had was clean, quiet, and spacious, and the bed provided sound sleeping. I also took advantage of the discounted hot-air balloon flight deal (with SkyWay Balloons) that the hotel offers its guests. Fantastic! Ortahisar, with its own impressive rock-cut castle, is charming and peaceful, and is within a short distance of Göreme and the surrounding sites and attractions. I would definitely stay at Gümüş Hotel in Ortahisar again and would recommend it to fellow like-minded travellers without reservation. Thank you for the cozy stay, Gümüş Hotel!

AWFUL STAFF AND SERVICE

Terrible attitude and service. Don’t go. The reception guy discriminates against women and tourists. I’ve been polite until he became rude. How can he still work here? Can’t speak English and just send Turkish to me, he even threatened me that he would report me, what an amazing and impressive service!!! is it how this hotel train their staff?

I stayed for 2 nights and during that period the attention was very good and the rooms were very meticulous about hygiene.

The hotel was magnificent, the attention was very good and the view of the hotel was very impressive, the rooms were very hygienic and my favorite thing was that there was no smoking in the rooms. If anyone comes this way, I would definitely recommend them to stay here, even if only for one night.

Keyifli bir konaklama

5 Yıldızı sonuna kadar hak eden bir otel çünkü Güler yüzlü, sevecen, müşteri ve öğrenci dostu mükemmel bir konaklama mekânı. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz zira oda temizliği ve üslûpları çok iyi.

Temiz-Güleryüzlü personel-Fiyat uygunluğu bir arada

Bence kalınabilecek yegane, uygun fiyatlı ve temiz işletme.. Bayramda tatil konaklaması için gittik çok güleryüzlü bir ekip özellikle Nihal hanıma çok teşekkürler bayıldık arkadaşlarla kendisine.. Yaptığı Türk kahvesine de :) otelin konsepti, sakinliği ve TERASI takdire şayan, hizmet de süperdi. Önceki sene kaldığımız yıldızlı otelden daha rahattık Gümüş otelde. Emeği geçenlere sevgiler..
