Quiet and peaceful stop near the seaside
Excellent staff so kind and polite and accommodating to all our needs

Light and shadow. Better the contiguous Atlantis resort (same property)
Structure in a good position, if you are autonomous in the movements, since it is in a village on the tip of a peninsula, because from there you can reach with relative ease the main archaeological sites of the area (for Pergamon about 200 km, for Ephesus 80 km.). They are small independent buildings and therefore very quiet, a little dated, but still in good condition. Breakfast is Turkish with a prevalence of salty and is served at the table. Any extra requests (e.g. coffee, because they only serve tea) must be paid. Good services because you can lean on the contiguous Atlantis resort (same property) with a much better breakfast buffet and access to the pools (for those who use them) and especially to the sea using platforms with sun loungers and umbrellas equipped with ladders to get into the water (the Aegean water is cold anyway), the platforms are in two coves that shelter them in part from the wind that often blows even at 30/40 kmh; if you want there is also a sandy beach (Akkum), but it is dark sand and very dirty with cigarette butts. There is also a decent restaurant (Maya restaurant) with a very helpful waiter who thankfully speaks English (apart from the restaurant many staff speak only Turkish). In conclusion, if I were to return, I would go to the Atlantis resort, where for about the same amount you get better services and it also looks cleaner. Very lacking in cleanliness: in 5 nights they never changed the sheets and only once they cleaned the bathroom (I think it was due to the change of staff, because the first day there was a lady who cleaned, after there was a boy who just made the bed summarily and took away dirty towels; I made him that there were dirty coffee cups from the day before and only then replaced them with clean ones). Under the bed there was a lot of dust. The shower is open and therefore you have to do stunts not to flood the bathroom floor which is small. Finally, both on their website and on the various online booking sites it says that they have Laundry Service, but it is not true.

We visited this property and location on January 28th and met Mrs. Tijen.
We celebrated our son’s wedding here on 6 September 2025. For some of our Foreign and Turkish Guests, it was an organizational 1-night stay.
Excellent returns from all of our guests.
The Organization company they suggested was authorized.
They patiently answered every question, approached with solution focus, helped with everything.
I am grateful to Mrs. Tijen , Mrs. Action and all employees for their patience and support. They didn’t blame what we said.
The approach and respect of the staff at the reception, restaurant, and wedding were incredible.
I think the owner has valuable employees.
Maya Bistro Hotel is now our second home.

a great holiday
Great Hotel and restaurant. The beach access is beautiful and the food is delicious.We used it as a room breakfast and were very pleased with the breakfast and stone baked products during our vacation. The breakfast staff is truly friendly and very helpful. I would like to thank Mrs. Bengi, who was especially interested in my patient father. Mrs. Bengi, Mr. Kemal and Mrs. Ayşegül really love their job. Recommendation with ease.
