Disappointment
My wife and I went on our first holiday without the kids after six years of family holidays, so we had high expectations. We specifically chose this adults-only hotel to enjoy some peace and quiet without children and to have a truly relaxing break.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we entered our room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. The pillows had makeup stains, there was hair in the shower, the toilet was leaking and smelled bad, and the floor was covered in dirt. We reported everything to reception, and while they changed the bedding and cleaned the floor, the room was not serviced again during the rest of our stay. Nobody checked whether we needed fresh towels or toilet paper, and the room was never cleaned.
We also had problems with the pool towels. We were given white towels by the pool, but when we went to exchange them, the staff refused because they claimed the towels might have come from our room simply because they were white. We had to go to reception to sort it out before we could get clean towels.
The food was probably the biggest disappointment. There was plenty of it, but somehow very little that was actually appealing to eat. We struggled to find meals we enjoyed. Even breakfast didn’t include any pastries, which I consider a basic expectation these days. The snacks between meals were exactly the same every day, with only one dish available at a time. The only highlight was the late-night shawarma, which was genuinely excellent.
Overall, this holiday was a huge disappointment. Three years ago we stayed in Side and had one of the best holidays we’ve ever had, so this experience was a real contrast.
I would never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone I know. If you expect clean rooms, good food, and decent service, I suggest choosing a different hotel.

Very disappointing experience. We cannot recommend this hotel.
When we arrived, the room was in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathroom had visible mold, dirty grout, a stained toilet, limescale and dirt on the sink and faucet, and the room clearly had not been cleaned properly before our arrival.
We immediately asked to be moved to another room, but our request was refused. The staff did not offer an acceptable solution, despite the obvious hygiene issues.
This hotel does not meet the standards expected from its advertised category. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations, and unfortunately this hotel failed to provide it.
We have photos documenting the condition of the room and have reported the issue to our tour operator.
We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

It’s terrible
I came here five years ago and was satisfied. When I came back today, I was honestly shocked. The hotel is completely neglected, poorly managed, and disorganized. It is absolutely unbearable. Unfortunately, I chose this hotel, but I definitely do not recommend it.

staff are so disrespectful and they dont do nothing at all, dont waste your money!!!
came to this hotel on the 29th of June paid 1200 just for the hotel i had the vip red room i came in my room and the shower and windows was so dirty they didn’t clean it before i came at all the red hot tub was dusty and it smellt like dirty sewers i went and asked the manager and they did nothing about it at all they are really disrespectful and have no manners at all my fridge in the room didn’t work at all ive been waiting 3 full days for them to come and clean my room and change the fridge the bedroom doors dont even shut properly at all so its no safety here at all the food is disgusting and its always flys all in thw food the only good thing about this hotel is the pool so i would not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

Very very bad
The food are terrible and finish in a hour is not recommended at all all the stuff are not helpful and very very rude I have been there with my mom I booked for 5 nights but I just left the hotel on the second day and change my hotel please guys don’t go to this hotel at all your holiday will be destroyed
