Family with small children
The hotel was very clean and there was a lot of options for food. The staff were good especially DAMLA and OMER . The water polo was great fun daily and children’s pool was great and mini disco every night at 9pm . Housekeeping was done daily and to a good standard . Really close to land of legends and close to small shops . We got the 22 bus to land of legends and kadriye for just 1 euro each. You could easily just stay in the hotel for the duration of the holiday as the pool is perfect and there is always some food options available . There are plenty of loungers available throughout the day in sun or shade by the pools . No complaints at all except they didn’t have ice cream or baklava .

Average Stay with Room for Improvement
We had a nice stay and felt the hotel offered good value for money. It’s modern and has a lot of potential. The outdoor pool was great, and having free access to the Turkish bath, sauna and indoor pool was a real bonus. We also appreciated the private beach, around 5 km away, with a free shuttle service. We never struggled to get a seat, although arriving around 15 minutes early is a good idea.
The rooms were clean overall, but the bathrooms could do with a little more attention to detail. The Wi-Fi was quite weak, and communication in English wasn’t always easy, although the staff always tried their best, often using Google Translate. A special mention to the gentleman at the spa, who was the friendliest and most welcoming member of staff.
The main area for improvement is the food. During the week there was a decent variety, but at weekends the choice was much more limited. It would have been nice to see a wider variety of international options, specially at breakfast.
Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Hotel review Belenli belek
Arrived at hotel after transferring from over booked hotel. Rooms were standard and clean, although views awful ( see pic) Atmosphere not for the English really, they do try and accommodate though. Staff were friendly enough can use google translate or had one English speaking staff. I could see they work hard, especially one young lady who appeared to be on here own a lot of the time. Seemed more a business than a holiday hotel.

Not what you expect from an all inclusive at all.
Snack bar and beach bar are your only real option real to ensure you eat, if you choose to go or already booked. They serve pizza, burger, wedges, and chips occasionally. Food shops close by with restaurants and fast food if needed. We did this a lot, as only really had small amount of food whilst at hotel. This was mainly bread and fruit, after attempting the cooked/uncooked food. The breakfast was appalling and watered down fruit juice also.
Did have a beach transfer bus, that was good and on time
Gave us a free transfer to land of legends as complained about previous hotel
Representative for love holidays/MTS globe mis sold excursions and left us in place we were not aware of with young children and elderly lady. Had to contact numerous times to chase up and take us to appropriate place.
Noise level
We had family next to us in hotel room that partied until 5am. Also staff and locals up early so hear them from 5 am too. We were facing the road side of hotel, which was awful and if you look at pic can clearly see this.
I would like to say I don’t normally do reviews and had to put this up to warn others going here. If you book for Maya world park this is the sister hotel. Be aware not to book either hotel.

I definitely do not recommend it.
My wife, my two children, and I stayed at the hotel in question for two nights, from June 20th to 22nd. We didn't pay much attention to the negative reviews about this hotel, thinking they were exaggerated, until we checked in. We experienced firsthand that the negative reviews were indeed true, and even incomplete. We checked into the hotel, and the receptionist told us that if one towel card was missing, we would be charged 15 euros. We were given only one room key card; most hotels give two. When I asked why they only gave one, they said it was a management decision and we could leave the card at reception when we checked out. I suspect this is because the second card was left in the room, the air conditioning was running, and electricity consumption increased. After that, we waited for someone to carry our luggage and belongings to the room, but there was no such person. We carried them ourselves, and getting up and down the wrong floors was another problem. After searching for our room for 5-10 minutes, we finally got there. The room was clean, two single beds had been combined to make a double bed, and there was also a single armchair and a sofa bed that could be converted into a bed. Although the mini-bar said it contained water, soda, and fruit juice, there was no fruit juice. Also, the refrigerator wasn't cooling. The hotel has been renovated, but the room was nice; that was the only good thing about it. Since we checked in after 2 PM, lunch was already over. We went to a place called the snack bar under the hotel. When we entered, we were greeted by an employee chopping tomatoes without gloves and someone frying hamburger patties. When we asked what they made there, they said they made hamburgers and french fries. At that moment, my regret increased even more. It was pastry time, and it was in the same place as the snack bar. There wasn't much variety, and it wasn't tasty. The hotel has two pools: a small children's pool in the middle of the hotel and an adult pool. We decided to spend some time by the pool as a family, but our enthusiasm was completely ruined when a huge man in the pool spat phlegm into it. There's a pool bar, but I noticed some weird, quirky drinks I'd never heard of before. The fridge also had lemon-flavored water from unknown brands, which I found odd. Since I don't drink alcohol, I didn't pay much attention. Dinner was a complete fiasco; only one type of soup, one type of chicken, no red meat, mostly vegetable dishes. I even saw spinach in this season! It's impossible for someone unfamiliar with food to know the names of these dishes. You have to open the lids and look at each one individually. They didn't even bother to write a description of the food. There are only 6-7 dishes, mostly vegetable-based. If you're someone who prefers vegetable-based meals, you'll go hungry. To avoid going hungry, we ate rice and chicken, but it wasn't very good. We were just trying to fill our stomachs, so the children usually ate meatballs, pasta, and rice, and since there wasn't much variety, most of them left the table hungry. We ordered plain pasta. It's difficult to find a cook in charge of the food; there's a young boy, probably an apprentice, you have to get everything yourself. Drink service isn't provided by waiters, and the two waiters who were there, whether due to workload or something else, were speaking in a loud, audible tone, which was very disturbing. Again, at both breakfast and dinner, two out of the three plates I picked up were clearly dirty, with yellow stains. Despite reporting the situation to reception, no action was taken. The same stains were present at dinner the next evening. Later, when I went to get tea from the samovar, there were no glass cups; they had cardboard cups and porcelain cups (and they didn't refill them when they ran out). Someone took the last cup before me, so we had to drink from a cardboard cup. For breakfast, they serve hot potatoes and omelets, and they don't fry new potatoes until they're finished. The variety of cheese, olives, salami, jam, etc., is normal; there's not a huge variety. The beach bar serves pizza, hamburgers, and fries, but they were tasteless and cold; we didn't like them. Thankfully, the bar next door, belonging to the Aydınbey Hotel, had ayran (yogurt drink), rice, chicken nuggets, and onion rings, so we asked for them for the kids and they kindly obliged. By the way, the hotel doesn't have ayran; it's not part of their concept It's ridiculous. This is my last regret; it was the final straw. On the day of our departure, when we checked out of the room, I asked if we could have lunch or a snack at the bar before leaving because we were going on a long trip. The person at the reception told us we had to leave the hotel at 12 o'clock and that there was nothing they could do. I've stayed in at least 10 hotels and received responses like "you can even stay for dinner." I've never encountered a hotel like this before. Nobody smiles, there's no interest or concern for the customers. They only care about selling the room. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. We paid 17,000 for 2 nights. I wish we had stayed in a guesthouse; we wouldn't have been so unhappy. It's a hotel that doesn't live up to its price. Besides, Turkish guests are in the minority; the majority are foreigners. It's a 4-star hotel. It's more like a two-star hotel; I think the hotel rating is 2 out of 5, it left me with nothing but regret...

Very poor experience
Rooms were clean, and fresh towels everyday, food was poor, no signs to tell you what food was on dishes so we didn’t know what we were eating at times. Breakfast was shockingly bad, undercooked and never fresh. Snack bar was only burgers, wedges and pizza everyday. Scrambled eggs were freezing cold first thing in the morning and not a lot of variety also very repetitive. Bar ran out of beer and vodka for a couple of days, unable to manage their stock levels. the tv channels were mostly encrypted only Turkish and German tv would work. Entertainment was lacking, darts twice a day and karaoke every night. Service was very poor as the staff can barely speak English so constantly communicating through google translate. Belek is a ghost town due to pubs and restaurants being in the bigger hotels. Belek on its own is very expensive and we won’t be back unless it’s in one of the bigger hotel brands. MTS are no help whatsoever from when they dropped us off at hotel, they dropped us off a ten minute walk away as they didn’t know where they were going.
