OK for one night. No services there, but one good restaurant pretty near for dinner and breakfast.

Bad experience

Its a good place if you just need some walls to stay protected inside. The radiator in the room didn't work. The guests stayin there are mostly european tourists that doesnt understand common sense. I stayed for one night but couldnt sleep at all because people were slamming their doors 50 times in one hour and it sounds so much through the walls. They charge you 100kr for one simple washing in their washing machine, and it doesnt say any price on the machine itself. I will not book this guesthouse again.

Okay accommodation

Perfect accommodation. Clean and tidy in the kitchen, everything needed was there for. Well arranged in refrigerator with shelf / room. Bathroom also clean. Living room with dining area and sofa with TV. Simple rooms, we had a larger room with windows, yet it was quite small. Attention. A little messy on the patio, would have lifted the place if it was fixed. Nice view otherwise. Good with grocery store nearby. Pretty expensive considering the standard.

Horrible.

The room had almost no ventilation so we had to keep the door open constantly to get air in. There was nothing to pull for the window so it was bright in the room when you were going to sleep. Behind the bed it was full of dust so probably they have not cleaned the rooms properly in a very long time. In the toilet there were silver fish running on the floor every day and even though the staff were notified, they did nothing about it, the sink and toilet are cleaned but the floor is not left and vacuumed even though they “recently cleaned”. The staff took all our food from the freezer and “threw it” the first day, and when we asked where it had gone they couldn’t explain where it was other than that they had taken it. The TV in the kitchen did not work and the other TV had broken batteries in the control so we could not see TV in the evenings either. Can go on forever writing things that were wrong with.

Poor air quality in the room (no windows), no ventilation and it felt like the room hadn't even been aired out since the last person stayed there. I have stayed at the hostel several before, and it was not an issue, but this time it was unbearable in the room. The staff came to check, and even though there was no airflow, they were pretending like it wasn't a problem. There were several other guests that complained about the same things that day, but nothing was fixed.
