It’s a little walk from the parking garage to the hotel, but we were able to stop right outside to load and unload the car so it worked even though it would’ve been better to have parking closer. But the area around at still being built. The hotel and finished areas were beautiful and we had a very nice stay. We loved the apartment, it had everything we needed except maybe a couple of chairs on the balcony, the apartment were beautiful and the huge walk in closet helped keep the apartment clean. We however noticed that there wasn’t a microwave or water kettle, just fyi. We didn’t need it so I didn’t even check the description if there were one. But if you need a microwave or water kettle make sure to read the description of the apartment and see if they’re available

Good basic concept, but does not feel quite finished.

Good location by the water and close to the center, but right now in the middle of the construction area when it will be built new residential area here. Super smooth check-in and check-out! Large and spacious apartment with equipped kitchen and bathroom. Plus for own washer, dryer and plenty of closet space, but minus for the lack of drying rack.
Big minus on rock hard bed and sofa bed.
If you like a rough style with a lot of concrete and bare walls, this is the place for you, but if you want a more cozy and homely feeling, you have to choose something else.
Doesn't feel like it's really done...

Brand new apartments nice location and mine had a great view from the 7th floor. It was just a shame i wasn't staying longer

The electronic locks didn't work very well. It was not consistent, especially when it was raining.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay here! The apartment is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a clean, modern bathroom. The rooftop play area was a nice touch for families, and the gym is well maintained. The location couldn’t be better — just a 15‑minute walk from the central station and right by the riverfront, which made for a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The check‑in and check‑out process was super easy thanks to the automated system, and whenever we needed help, the customer care team was quick and supportive. Overall, it felt like really good value for money — comfortable, convenient, and perfect whether you’re traveling solo or with family.
