Very good hotel but bedding to improve
The location of the hotel is very good and close to the highway and central to move around the canton.
The studio was very spacious, practical, clean, the bathroom is large as well as the walk-in shower.
The food in the restaurant is very good.
The beds are pretty hard and even with the mattress installed after my first night it wasn’t better, it’s a shame, I had a back and hip pain.
The parking is small and people take the places of others.

Nous sommes toutefois sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que le confort du lit n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous comprenons combien un bon repos est essentiel et regrettons que, malgré l’ajout d’un surmatelas, vous n’ayez pas trouvé le confort souhaité. Votre remarque est précieuse et sera prise en compte afin d’évaluer d’éventuelles améliorations.
Concernant le parking, nous comprenons le désagrément rencontré et nous vous présentons nos excuses. Nous veillerons à sensibiliser davantage nos hôtes au respect des places attribuées afin d’en améliorer la gestion.
Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau et de vous offrir une expérience encore plus agréable.

Siamo felici di sapere che ha trascorso una bellissima serata da noi in occasione di un compleanno. Ci fa molto piacere che abbia apprezzato l’atmosfera elegante e accogliente, la qualità del cibo e la cortesia del nostro personale.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente molto presto per un’altra piacevole esperienza.
