An unforgettable stay – one of the best hotels we've ever experienced in Switzerland! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff greeted us like family, helped us with our luggage, and immediately made us feel at home. It's rare to experience such warm and heartfelt hospitality.
We stayed in the family room with our 8-year-old daughter, and it exceeded all expectations. She had her own adorable room with a bunk bed, cute Paw Patrol bedding, and even her own bathroom. Meanwhile, we enjoyed one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, a beautiful mountain view, and a lovely balcony where we relaxed with a glass of wine before bedtime.
The hotel also has a fantastic kids' playroom, which our daughter absolutely loved. It was beautifully designed and kept her entertained for hours.
The location couldn't be better—only about 150 metres from the Hannigalp gondola, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the mountains.
And then there's the food... Wow! The "Les Trois Fondues" was, without question, the best fondue we've ever had. We chose the tomato, garlic, and herb flavours, and every single one was outstanding. Simply delicious!
A special thank you to the owners, Jonas and his wife, for creating such a wonderful place and for their genuine dedication to making every guest feel special. We truly appreciated your hospitality. Hopefully we'll see you one day in Thailand!
Another big shout-out goes to Kelvin, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like we were staying in a true five-star hotel.
Thank you to the entire Hotel Desirée team for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!
