Better than a 2 star hotel

Hotel was expensive but in keeping with the rest of the city. Staff of reception were helpful and spoke excellent English. Room was clean and you got a little biscuit each on the bed which was a nice touch. Air con was an individual unit for each room, it wasn't the coldest but managed to keep the room cool even when it was over 30 degrees outside. The only negative is the location of the reception desk, it is right in amongst the restaurant tables. This made it awkward when we came to check out as I was standing right in someone's face as they were eating their breakfast. Overall the hotel doesn't feel like a 2 star hotel and I would definitely stay again

Thank you for staying with us and for your positive review and feedback. We’re glad we were able to exceed your expectations for a two-star hotel and that you had a pleasant stay.
We understand your point about the lobby; normally, there’s a small couch and two bar tables there, so there’s plenty of space. However, since we have a large number of groups during the summer and the hotel is generally well-booked, we had to get a little creative and expand the lobby to create a bit more space for group dinners and breakfast guests. As soon as this busy period is over, though, the lobby will return to its normal state.

Every aspect was spectacular. The hotel is a little ways out from the train station but is readily accessible with via a tram and bus ride. The paid breakfast was buffet style and good. There were not a lot of food option nearby so our group resigned ourselves to having to eat at Boom!, the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. So good that we willingly went back the next night. The hotel supplied everything we needed, a base for day trips throughout the region. I just wish we had allocated more time.

Our Family Accommodation Experience at Ibis Zürich Adliswil

We stayed as a family with our two daughters at the Ibis Zürich Adliswil hotel. The hotel has a good location and ample parking space. We only used the rooms to sleep and rest. During this time, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful; it made our sleeping hours quite comfortable. The hotel's breakfast selection was nice and delicious, but unfortunately the seating area in the breakfast room was insufficient. While it generally met our expectations, we would have preferred the rooms to be a little larger.

decently priced and good breakfast

This hotel is located near the Lindt Chocolate Museum, decently priced very clean, modern and amazing large selection for the breakfast that was included in the morning. The only thing I would say that wet wrong was the noise the walls seemed thin and could hear people above us and people in the hall. My son was trying to leave his room and people lost in the bit of a maze walked right into his room~ they apologized and all laughed about it ~ but leads me to think maybe better exit signage.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and big enough. The breakfast was great and the restaurant as well. I won’t miss going there again next time
