For the first time at Hapimag Interlaken
The house is very centrally located, so you could walk everywhere. The view from the room directly to the Jungfrau was magnificent.
What one had to get used to as a resident of a small place was the evening noise from the tourists on the street. At first, it was very interesting and varied for a resident of an extremely quiet living situation, but later it became somewhat disturbing. But fortunately, the windows were very well soundproofed, so we could also watch television in peace, among other things.

Es ist schön zu hören, dass Sie unsere zentrale Lage schätzen konnten und alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar war. Die grandiose Aussicht auf die Jungfrau direkt aus Ihrem Zimmer ist wahrlich ein Highlight, das wir immer wieder gerne mit unseren Gästen teilen.
Wir verstehen vollkommen, dass das lebendige, touristische Treiben am Abend eine Umstellung sein kann, wenn man aus einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend kommt. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass unsere gut schallisolierten Fenster Ihnen die nötige Ruhe und einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort geboten haben, damit Sie Ihren Aufenthalt entspannt geniessen konnten.

For a hotel that markets itself as a full-service property, this felt unnecessarily cheap and inconvenient. Pool towels are a basic amenity at most hotels, and charging guests extra or expecting them to carry their room towels to and from the pool is something I would expect from a budget motel, not a hotel in Switzerland.
The hotel itself was clean enough, but the constant cost-cutting showed up in small details throughout the stay. The overall experience felt far below what the price and presentation suggested. I left feeling like I had paid hotel rates for a motel-level experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or family.

Good hotel in the heart of Interlaken
The girl who served us at check in was very friendly and helpful...
The only bad point is not having daily cleaning, which was already used to other resorts, however, left few towels in the room ( 1 per person only ). Of course after the 2nd day we were already without dry towels. Apart from that, everything wonderful including breakfast!!

We would like to take a moment to gently clarify our resort concept regarding housekeeping and linens. Because Hapimag operates as a holiday apartment resort centered around independent living, daily hotel-style cleaning is not included as a standard service, though it is available upon request for an extra fee. Regarding our towels, we always place one hand towel and one bath towel per person in the apartment for your arrival. For your convenience, guests are always very welcome to exchange these for fresh ones at our reception at any time during their stay.
